The room was beautiful!!! I always feel safe and am treated like royalty when I'm there. This is my go-to hotel every single time I'm in Miami Beach, and I'm there a lot! There is a Starbucks right in the lobby and we get 10 per cent off. Big bottles of sparkling and still water, coffee etc. The room has a toaster oven, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, all of the things you need to feel right at home! I love it and I love staying here!

The room was clean and well-maintained, but the service was very poor. When I asked for my room to be cleaned, they put a stained bedsheet on the bed. I also went to the beach near the hotel and needed to use the restroom urgently. I called the hotel to ask if the valet guy could pick me up at the beach, but they told me he was the only one working and couldn’t leave his post. The lady I spoke with told me to walk back instead, even though I had an umbrella, chair, and my personal belongings with me. I had to walk about 15 minutes carrying everything back to the hotel. If that’s how they treat their guests, it’s very disappointing, and I will likely book a better place next time.

Clean simple well located hotel

Rooms are well appointed with kitchen supplies but very simple in decor. Room had a nice view of the bridge and the water. Pool was way too hot but its small size and the hot temps would make it difficult to keep cool. Staff was efficient.

I loved my spacious terrace. It was huge! The layout of the room was almost perfect. Enjoyed the bed facing floor to ceiling windows. The openness of it was without a doubt a highlight for me. The only small hiccup was getting valet to stop adjusting all my settings in my car EVERY time I returned. I would love to stay again, if the extra terrace room is ever available again! Booked solid everytime I check.
