If you’re here for a cruise this is the perfect spot! Only gave four stars for lack of elevators and then to add to it one of the only two wasnt working. Dining is extra and kind of high also but the food is good and shuttle to port of Miami is reasonable.

The only problem I had was the hotel only had one elevator working.It was very upsetting because my husband had reconstructed spine surgery. It was a struggle to carry 4 suitcases down 16 flights of stairs for a 8 day cruise.

Property is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit small, but we just needed some place to hang out overnight before our cruise. Property is right across the street from Bayfront park, so lots to see and do in the area. Also close to shopping and restaurants.

Not so clean. 1 elevatior didn't work. Location is very good- in the midle of everything. The staff were very nice- they gave us an upgrade for our room bcs we told them that it is our honymoon.
