The room was clean, comfy and I always enjoy this hotel, but this time there were a couple of hang-ups that could've been handled easily. It took me 2 requests to get an ironing board delivered and I really needed it to be pressed for a meeting. I requested more body soap and never received it so I gave up and bathed with shampoo which ran out as well. I normally give the hotel 5 stars but these are the reasons I won't this time.

For the price versus value I would give this zero stars. I'm not sure why they charge a resort fee. The restaurant also charges a resort fee. They should let people know in advance. Make no mistake this is NOT a resort. Big deal they have a fitness center and give you two bottles of water in your room. So do many hotels but they do not charge a resort fee. I would equate the room to a Motel 6 room but $400 more. In addition, I had no washcloths and no tissue. Checking in was not that smooth as the line was almost out the door and there was only one clerk. Do not stay here if you can help it. The only positive was the location which explains the price but the room was truly shabby.
