The pool, the food and location were great!! One thing is that we arrived at 11am to the hotel and waited until 2:50pm to get our room. Great locations, walking distance to Milan central and there’s a train station stop right next to the hotel that’s 4 stops from the Duomo.

First hotel we have come across from years of travelling that charge an additional fee for a second person in double/king room. Even when using existing bed. I had to pay an additional 20 euros for my husband to stay in my room. The additional fee varies depending on room type. You can find out the fee by comparing room cost for 1 traveller versus cost for 2 travellers.

All staff friendly, helpful and polite, especially Max on the pool bar. Gave us plenty of info on places we intended to visit. Only dined once, not up to the standard we expected. Housekeeping excellent.
