We had such a wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to make my boyfriend’s birthday so special — they coordinated with me weeks in advance and made sure everything was perfect on the day. Every single person we met was unbelievably kind and genuine — I honestly don’t know how they found this many nice people in one place! Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. The only minor downside was that our room was near the cleaning closet, so it got a bit noisy at times when staff were getting supplies, but it definitely didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. They even arranged airport pickup for us (for a fee), which made everything super convenient. We loved it so much that we’re thinking about switching our last night before flying home to stay here again instead of the airport hotel. Truly one of the most welcoming experiences we’ve ever had — highly highly recommend!

The hotel was clean and had an interesting courtyard with art. The room was very minimalist. No shampoo, conditioner or bathrobe as opposed to other hotels I stayed during this trip. I appreciate the fact they had a free continental breakfast !

This hotel very convenient to shops/restaurants and not far from the Cathedral and square. Beautifully maintained Hotel with lovely outside area for relaxing with your drinks (free from 7 - 9 p.m.!!). Breakfast included in price and was a terrific spread offering fresh fruit, pastries, cakes, hot food, cold meats, cheese, toast, coffee, tea, juice. The room we had was large - think it was for disabled but beautifully set up on ground floor with large bathroom/shower. Free water/cold drinks in fridge. Definitely would recommend as so many inclusions for the price.

The hotel is a great location. Near shopping and walkable to the train station, but tucked away just a bit down a side street so that it is very, very quiet. The rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a large shower. Highly recommend if visiting Milan.

Very good small hotel in the city center. Walkable to all Milan's main attractions. Nice outside space for breakfast and drinks. Free happy hour drink daily was wery welcomed after busy days at the city. Rooms are good size ans clean. Breakfast is simple , but enough options . The only reason why I took one star out was that the staff was not helpful at all to propose options during during the nationwide transportation strike. I understand, that it was not a hotel's problem, but having strikes quite often, it would be nice to give quests some directions instead of "nothing we can do" answer.
