We booked the Duomo Suite, which is on the main level, and has a private patio area. The suite is spacious, quiet, with a large, white bathroom, two TVs and a sofa. They restock the fridge with complimentary soft drinks daily. The continental breakfast was great with lots of options, although they did not have salads; we got complimentary cappuccinos and espressos by request too. Hotel location was very central, within walking distance of all downtown attractions - La Scala, Duomo, Castello Sforzesco (hence the name of the hotel), The Last Supper painting, also lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby, including a spectacular Starbucks Reserve. Staff was welcoming and spoke good English too. Price for the suite was a little high for February, but this was during the Olympics and the location and amenities were worth it for us. We enjoyed our stay in Milan in great part also due to this lovely hotel.

The place was wonderful the staff was super nice and helpful. The location was perfect, set up in a great area which allowed us to walk every where. The breakfast was great and the drinks at the bar were good.

We were upgraded to a suite room which was nice, however, the room smelled like it used to be a smoker room at some point. The facilities are fairly older and room outdated. The bed was hard and not very comfortable. Staff was super nice and the location excellent. Breakfast was decent with tasty pastries.

The room was large, clean and modern. The staff was very kind and there is a free mini bar full of non-alcoholic beverages along with a full breakfast spread. There is no phone in the room or room service. You truly don’t need anything! Great location. Can walk to anywhere you want to go!

What at first seems like a no frills hotel will delight you. Located on a small street that feeds into an ideal location a stone’s throw from the duomo and selfie heaven of you’re into that. The staff is courteous and efficient. The room itself is spartan. But it was meticulously clean and the hot water in the shower is infinite. Breakfast is more than just bread and cheese. When I had to stay up for a call on US pacific time business hours, the staff supplied me with bottomless excellent coffee and refused to charge me.
