Perfect location for sight seeing being just around the corner from Duomo square Small room, large bathroom, but everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was included free which was a bonus. Stored our bags after checkout so we could collect later. Overall happy with our no frills stay, good price and excellent location.

I booked three nights at this hotel in central Milan but checked out about five minutes after checking in. It was grimy, dingy, dirty, pokey and sketchy. The woman on the front desk was sour and even more unpleasant when I told her I couldn't stay there. I lost one night's payment, but I just couldn't see myself staying there. I'm not that fussy a traveller ... clean, safe and affordable are my standards ... but this place was awful.

The hotel is very old, it has no instructions of how to flush the toilet, the blonde lady in the front desk is not nice; breakfast starts too late at 7:30, when you travel tours start at 7 so breakfast is kind of useless, the day I did had breakfast in the hotel, was wonderful and the bed is comfortable, in general hotel is ok, not great but not bad

The hotel is not well maintained and the room I had was so small, I could barely walk around the end and one side of the bed. Curtains that would not close, had a hole in them, and a neon sign on top of an adjacent building could not be blocked out and was fully visible all night. Hotel fine but there is a big difference in rooms. Our room was small, cramped, and poor lighting, while our kids room was much larger and nicer. It worked fine, but be aware not all rooms are similar

For the location and price it was great! I do not think I would do this again for more than a night or two. The room was a closet with a bathroom. The hotel is very dated but clean. The staff super friend just one man acted like he could not be bothered and he had the evening shift. Again, for the location it is really good, I would stay again just not or more than a day or two.

The room was small and there was noise from the street during the night (which one could, eventually get used to). The staff were excellent and this is one of the few hotels where I've stayed where (including 4 stars!), if anything was wrong they would sort it almost immediately. Continental breakfast was quite reasonable.It is so central that you can forgive the little sins (just about).

The hotel is very convenient to public transportation and is very close to Doumo. It is a very small hotel and is dated. Was ok for one night. The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise with great choices. Staff was friendly & pleasant

With regards to the staff, Miss Maritza the only female receptionist was the only one who displayed respect and courtesy to me as a whole. The others who were males were mean in some point, for reasons i don’t know why. I asked for an early breakfast but it was not considered, even if i requested in advance. but the other caucasian guy was considered for an early breakfast. They could be nicer and can stop mansplaining and just be respectful and fair. People have early excursions and requesting for an early breakfast should not be an isolated thing and should be expected. I also noticed the elevator shaft were so dirty. The housekeeping staff we’re all very nice and accommodating.

This hotel is very basic but is clean spacious room and bathroom comfortable quiet and absolutely best location metro all the mayor attractions restaurants right there very good complementary breakfast and really nice and helpful front desk employees thank you totally recommend
