Hidden charges. Avoid this hotel

Hotel was nice however they took a £100 charge on booking in to pay back on departure. Any items used would be taken from this money. We ate one bag of crisps which were less than 4 euros and for some reason i got charged £25. Room was comfy enough but i wouldnt stay here again

The room had no table inside the room and had no closet and no dresser. This makes for a very difficult stay if one plans to be there longer than one night.

Located in between the airport and the city of Milan and was not convenient to either for us. Property was great as was the room but hotel is in a very urban setting and seemed questionable at night walking.

Great find and value

Upon arriving I had realized I had been here 2 years ago and was disappointed at the time. It was going through renovation then, but was very surprised to see how wonderful it turned out now. The junior suite has a great zen feeling with a spa tub and shower with a little garden patio.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights while at a conference nearby, the hotel staff were great and very helpful. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant, which is a but of a miss, but there are some restaurants nearby.

From the wonderful greeting and check-in, to the perfect recommendation for dinner, to the very best shower, to the excellent and extensive dinner, this hotel was AWESOME! The private patio was icing on the cake. They leven et us srore our luggage the last day so we could go exploring Milan. If youre staying anywhere else in Milan besides the Milan Suites Hotel, you're missing out on a great experience.

I booked Milan Suite Hôtel because the listing made it seem like the main attractions; the Duomo, Cathedral, and San Siro Stadium, were just 10 minutes away. That’s absolutely misleading. In reality, these places are at least a 40-minute drive, and getting around by Uber will cost you €60+ each way. The same goes for the airport: they claim it’s 30 minutes away, but it’s closer to 50 minutes, costing about €100. This was a huge disappointment, because location and accessibility were the main reasons we booked. On top of that, the service was very nonchalant and far from welcoming. The only positives are that the hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the rooms are spacious. But honestly, what’s the point of a nice room if the location and service completely ruin the experience?

Poor breakfast Buffett, both days the counters were mostly empty when I asked if more food was coming they said it was still being made. They didn’t honour the room upgrade even though they were showing availability. The kettle wasn’t working in the room, no hair dryer and when I told them they would take over an hour to resolve. Very disappointed as I booked this because it was VIP so very misleading.
