A lot of positive feedbacks (location location location) Yet, few negative: bed with wheels is not stable; they must place a rug under the bed. Also, the shades are 60% darkness. In addition, the noise from the street . We stayed at second floor. Average hotel.

The Hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance to the Milan Cathedral and only 25 minutes drive from Linate Airport . It’s also close to the famous Castle about 15 minute walk.

Disappointed with the hotel services

We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 pm and found out that the bathtub is plugged up when we took a shower. Called the operator and they sent a handyman up to just take a look of the problem. The handyman told us that he will be back to fix the problem but he never returned. No follow up call received from the hotel operator the next morning either. When reported to them in person about the issue we had with the plugged bathtub later in the morning, they then immediately sent someone up to resolve the problem. We also got annoyed by the checkin receptionist speaking in France with his colleague while checking us in the hotel.

We got a beautiful suite for our family of 3. The staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and very beautifully presented. A 5-minute walk to the cathedral and shopping.
