Everything great. Only marks against were the door to the apartments was quite tough to open. And I would say I wished there had been a bar of soap or some bath liquid near to the bath and also some lotion of some kind. But the apartment was beautiful, sleek and well maintained. Close to so much and the Brera area is wonderful. I would stay there again.

Outstanding

Outstanding stay. I was a little hesitant to book here based on some old and less positive reviews, but this is one of the best hotel stays we have had. The room was spacious and extremely well appointed with really great amenities included, that other hotels charge for. The staff was over the top helpful and friendly. Their arrangement with the Unique Hotel made check-in seamless and really simple and convenient. Located at the back of a small piazza it is super quiet and wonderfully close to the major sites and shopping. For the cost, I would not stay anywhere else in Milan. Outstanding!

The unique hotel was perfect for our stay. The location is close to get to Milano centrale and walk around the Brera area. The breakfast was great to start our day everyone in the dining area was very accommodating and even packed us a breakfast for our train out of Milan. All of the receptionist/Front Desk hotel staff to the cleaning crew were all very helpful in our check-in and moving rooms during the process and I would highly recommend anyone staying in Milan to check this place out!

It was a great place to unwinded after a day of scootering all over the place. Maybe a little too fancy but sometimes you can treat yourself. The Castle in the park is a 5 minute walk and totally increadable.

Beautiful apartment in Verona, perfect location.

We had a lovely stay here. The location is perfect and the apartment was recently remodeled and is very comfortable and clean. The service and communication was excellent. We stayed for one night on our way to the Dolomites but I wish we could have stayed longer.

We parked a car in front of hotel. 1 night - 25 euro. Good rate . Stayed in sweet room .. had to walk 100 meter after check in . B/F room was small but good staffs . You can order foods. Very hot inside dining.. after asked air conditioning, everything was good .specially coffee was excellent.

We have travelled quite a bit and it's hard to wow us but this hotel did. This is a hotel that we would certainly go back to. Pros: location* (see cons too) as it was very central and easy access to pretty much everything, amazing staff, beautiful suites (very high end), good breakfast, and pretty much everything else. Cons: location (just barely and only because it's so central that if you're driving the traffic is crazy) and parking. But both points have less to do with hotel and more with central Milano.

This is a great place to stay. It's walkable to all of the major sites and steps away from restaurant row and lovely bars. The room we stay in had a funky round bed, which was comfortable. The apt is in a courtyard overlooking a 15th century church. The only nits for me: the in-room safe didn't work and the shower area doesn't have a ton of privacy. But otherwise, this is a real find!

This property was terrible, I’ll try and stay constructive. The address of where the room is on Expedia is correct, however it’s a converted office block and has no reception. The reception details on Expedia are incorrect and when you arrive at the rooms there are no directions… you will need to go into a neighbouring shop and ask. The hotel telephone number is incorrect and when you finally get into the room, it’s not worth what you paid. Staff were friendly and have heard the issues before, however clearly nothing changes. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, I’d rather sleep at a bus shelter.
