Stunning views of the lake with a 6-seat golf cart included! This lovely Fairways villa offers upscale furnishings and convenience to the beautiful Owner's Association swimming pool and sugar white beach! “Relaxing and peaceful” in every way describes this residence.

Our gourmet kitchen is full of light. Bright and airy is what comes to mind, with an open concept, that makes cooking a pleasure. For outdoor cooking, there is a gas grill located just off the sunroom on the deck. The dining area offers seating for six guests with additional bar seating. With cushy seating and a new flat panel television, the family room is comfortable and inviting! For more living space, there is an additional sunroom over looking the multi-level deck area. There is even a sleeper sofa for unexpected guests along with upgraded HDTV cable service and WIFI. Relax on the spacious decks out back and enjoy views of the lake! The downstairs guest bedroom features two sets of twin size bunk beds, TV, and easy access to the living area.The guest bathroom offers a walk in shower.

The Fairways is situated on the bayside of the Resort, and sits right on The Links Golf Course. With picturesque views and convenience to the beach and swimming pool, the location of this property makes it perfect! There are two swimming pools (one is seasonally heated) that you are welcome to use while vacationing in our villa. Catch and release fishing is allowed in most of the lakes and ponds at the Resort. Enjoy this exceptional villa at the Fairways! NO pets allowed.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Best vacation destination and stay

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The property managers were so easy to communicate with and really helpful. The place was clean, cute and spacious. The water was hot, we had plenty of dishes to use and the beds were comfy. It was so convenient that the kids had their own room and bathroom! I was originally skeptical about the place because it was so big, pretty, had a golf cart and was affordable, but it was exactly as pictured and was the PERFECT place! We shared the home with another family and had plenty of privacy! We loved the back deck and the quiet, clean, peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. We loved the turtles out back too! The best part of our stay was definitely the golf cart!! It was so convenient, and we were able to get everywhere we needed to, easily, with a quick, relaxing and beautiful ride. We will be back!!!

Friends Wedding.

Loved the house. Stayed there with 3 friends for a wedding. Perfect location. Friendly neighbor. Really clean and super comfortable. Everything was truly wonderful. The golf cart is such a bonus! I would have given 5 stars but there was such limited supplies. We were only there 3 nights but we had to buy salt pepper, spices, sugar, oil, and washing detergent. The directions are to leave no food so it all went to waste since we all flew in from other parts of country. But, I would highly recommend staying here we had a blast.

Great golf cart and back patio

We had a great time. The back patio was awesome-saw ducks and turtles in the pond every day. The fridge was nice and big. The only complaints are lack of storage containers and the walls in the primary bathroom need to be addressed-they have mold on them. Everything else was great!

Great unit - would stay again

This was our fifth time staying at Sandestin, and hands down this unit supplied aspects of relaxation that we weren’t expecting but were pleasantly surprised with. Can’t beat the brand new golf cart, the breakfast on the back patio, feeding the ducks and turtles, catch and release fishing, great outside grill, and clean unit. Beds were decent, sofa was a little hard but that was expected since it has a pop out bed. Only negative aspect is the neighbor is a nosey “Karen” that shares the driveway. We read about her in other reviews so we were mentally prepared.

Wonderful experience

We loved it here, first night the AC wouldn’t cool and when I called they were super friendly and had a tech out within an hour or so which was wonderful. Location was perfect and we all loved grilling and hanging out on the deck, golf cart was great going to the beach and shopping! The neighbors were so sweet and helpful! Miss it already and would definitely stay here again!

The area where the Fairways is beautiful and the house is in a good location but the decor, the furniture and the plumbing was less to be desired. The front bedroom with the two twin beds are about two feet from the floor and one of the bed frames is either broken or undone. The carpet has stains and should be replaced and the toilet did not want to flush properly. The master bedroom bed frame was also either broken or undone. It may need to be replaced. The tub/shower in the master bathroom did not drain properly (real slow). We also noticed the tile floor had not been cleaned. A short time after we arrived we took our shoes off and walked around the house and within a few minutes the bottom of our feet were black from the dirtiness of the floor. At that point we wore flip flops while in the house. For the price we paid to stay at this property we could have stay in one nicer. Definitely will read the reviews more carefully and pay closer attention to the decor.

House Had Many Issues

When we arrived at the property the temperature in the house was 78°. The thermostat was set for 72 however it would not get any cooler than 78. The house was definitely warm. We had to call the property management company and somebody had to come out and fix the AC unit. They did not show up till 10:30 PM. Why this was not addressed before we got there I don’t know, it was obviously broken before we got there. On our first day we wanted to see the resort so we took a ride in the golf cart. It was going very slow, a lot slower than the other ones we seen driving around. We only made it to the beach and the wharf and barely made it back to the house doing only 12 miles an hour because the batteries were almost dead. We had to call the property managers once again regarding the golf cart and they came out but nothing could be done. We were not really able to use the golf cart because we were afraid that it would not make it back to the house and leave us stranded. My husband looked at the batteries and they were corroded. The house was clean but not extremely clean. It was run down and definitely needs some work. The bathroom downstairs door locks from the outside which is really bizarre, if a child were to accidentally lock the door and shut it, they would be stuck in the bathroom. The shower door in the master bath only opens one way which is inwards and blocks the shower valve, so it makes it hard to turn the shower on without being directly underneath it and getting wet There were holes that were patched and never painted. It is a great location and a beautiful area . Also one night when we went to leave and the front door would not lock so once again we had to call the property managers to come out and fix that. I would say overall we had a bad experience and many issues with this rental property. In reading other reviews it seems others had the same issues. I definitely feel this house is not worth what they are charging. Rent with caution.

Great property, horrible neighbor.

We loved the house and everything about the property. For anyone staying? There is no need to read the email with the instructions and rules, because the neighbor will let you know if and immediately when you mess up. She was a nightmare. Cussed us out multiple times, because we had too many cars in the driveway, 15 minutes after check in, trying to unload our luggage. Told us three times what we did wrong, and for the rest of our stay, watched us out of her window and made us feel very uncomfortable. She was very rude and extremely unkind and very much put a damper on our stay. She should be asked to leave the renters alone and let the facility handle the guests.

Sandestin vacation

Deck is great. Neighborhood is lovely and great for walking. There were three of us and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Beds were comfortable. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. We did not use the golf cart so can’t comment on it. It was our most relaxing vacation and we will return .

Great place but could be little more informative

Loved the place! Clean, spacious and comfortable. Suggestions would be a gulf cart map, as the resort is rather large. Would’ve been nice to know where to find pools and where could take carts like to the beach. Also info regarding the area and delivery options and such would’ve been great. Again the place was great. Just a lot of guessing and searching for things to do.

11/10 not for me. Will NOT return!!!

The house was cozy and gave us a decent place to sleep but it needs some updating and regular maintenance. The cleaning service did a subpar job so it was musty when we came in and there was all sorts of messes behind dressers and under chairs. The bathtub would not fill due to the drain/plug not working, so showering with an infant and a toddler was not fun! And the spray painted walls and ceiling in the master bathroom was not pretty to look at either. I do realize the golf cart was not “guaranteed” but the 6 seater golf cart we got ended up being broken with no fixing solution until the day we departed. Although the managing company “tried” to help us, 5 adults and 2 children were left with a 4 seater gold cart that was also messed up. Overall we did have a few days of fun since we spent extra to have a jeep, the beach was gorgeous and the weather was perfect. However, I don’t know that we will ever return to Sandestin based off this experience alone. I recommend renting a house WITHOUT a golf cart and renting a jeep or go to an all inclusive resorts on the beaches of Cozumel.

Area was beautiful and convenient to beach, restaurants and grocery stores.

Property really needs some issues fixed like golf cart, not knowing when you will get stuck somewhere due to charging issues. Lights bulbs burnt out. Refrigerate pegs missing making it hard to use. Really needs a deep clean dust and dirt under furniture. Mildew in upstairs bathroom all over ceiling. Air conditioner on 2nd floor leaked thru front bedroom ceiling fan. Back deck had no lights or umbrella to enjoy the outdoors. Grill was disgusting, if cleaning tools where supplied i bet people would clean it. 4 remotes for the living room TV what a pain. Very disappointed in property wont stay here again!

Great spot and very peaceful

Great spot for families- teens downstairs with two full bathrooms and master upstairs with nice deck for morning or evening enjoyment. The back deck allowed for other families to join us for dinner and socializing several nights. It is cool back there in the evening even on a hot day. Great location! We supplied paper products as dishes were heavy and cumbersome and silverware and glassware were not plentiful. But this was an easy fix and a very minor issue. Thanks helping us have a great trip!!
