Note: This property was just purchased by a new owner in January 2025… therefore, although you see previous Reviews in regards to a golf cart, this condo does not have a golf cart at this time because the HOA is requiring the owner to go on a waiting list for a golf cart spot. This beautiful 2BR/2BA condo is located in the neighborhood of Crystal Cove and is located inside the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Stroll over to Sandestin‘s private beach, just a short ride away.This neighborhood is surrounded by beautiful lush wetland landscaping and overlooking the scenic lake. This home has excellent upgraded furnishings, kitchen, and baths to provide you with modern comfort during your travels. An extended outdoor patio allows you to relax and unwind while you enjoy the beautiful Emerald Coast breeze.

As you enter the spacious living area and wall to wall sliding glass doors that open up to the oversized balcony and have the perfect view of the lake.

The living room has been newly decorated with top of the line furniture and a 46" large flat screen TV and the couch pulls out into a queen size bed for additional sleeping accommodations. The Kitchen is equipped with beautiful granite and cabinets that are stocked with all the housewares items you might need if you're staying in for the night.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen TV and balcony access! The master bath has a double vanity with a walk in shower.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful Vrbo in Miramar, Florida. The home was very clean, the air felt fresh, and the view was absolutely amazing. The community itself had so much to offer—it truly felt like a destination on its own with plenty of things to do.The only downsides were that the property no longer had a golf cart available (we rented one off-premises but couldn’t access the entry gate with it) and the TV in the second bedroom wasn’t working—we didn’t notice until the last night since we weren’t really watching much TV.Aside from those small inconveniences, everything else was perfect, and we really enjoyed spending quality time with the family here. We would definitely love to revisit this property in the future!

Very clean and bright

This San Destin location was on the lake with seating on the patio for the entire family. Very clean property. Quiet area. Kitchen is equipped with all of our necessities so I was able to cook without a fuss. The property owner always answered my questions right away. Close to shopping and restaurants. The only drawback is we wish we had access to a golf cart to drive around the resort. Hopefully this property will soon include a golf cart to the rental to accommodate guests in the near future.

My family and I stayed at this location for summer vacation. The house was clean and had many amenities to accommodate our family. The patio was our absolute favorite. The view was AMAZING! My son enjoyed fishing!! The property was close to everything. I had a problem with the code and the host answered right away. We would definitely stay here again!!

Last minute gem

We were about a month out from out visit to Sandestin when we realized we needed a place to stay. I was not optimistic that we would find anything. It turns out this unit was available and I would say we totally lucked out. The layout of the unit was perfect for us. Two adults and two children under twelve. It was furnished beautifully and had little touches that I appreciated. Laundry hampers in each closet and in the master bedroom even a jewelry box to keep up with your valuable. There were also shoe cubbies in each bedroom closet. Loved those. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We did do some cooking and found that the unit had everything we needed. The very large deck on the lake was nicely laid out. I was looking forward to watching a sunset but unfortunately there was too much cloud cover each evening that we planned to do so. The property manager was a clear and prompt communicator. We only had one issue, some ants in the kitchen, due to all the rain, and the issue was resolved promptly. He sent someone over and they left a can of ant spray in case we had any additional problem with the ants. Crystal Cove is a cute subdivision within Sandestin Resort. Getting on property was seamless at the gatehouse. We gave our name and were handed a parking permit for our stay. We were staying close to some friends who owned a beachhouse in another community in Sandestin and we borrowed their golf cart which did make it very convenient to get around.

Beautiful View!

We loved the neighborhood of this condo. It was in a part of San Destin Resort that was quiet with beautilul lakeview. The covered patio made it perfect for morning coffee even if it rained. We will definately consider renting this unit again in the future.

Beautiful, Relaxing Home

My husband & I had a very relaxing getaway in this peaceful place. The home was clean & the decor inviting. There was plenty of space in the kitchen for groceries & personal cookware. It was well stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, dish towels, hot pads, oven mits, etc., which was important to us because we prepared most of our meals while there. The closets had lots of hangers & space to store luggage & clothes. We enjoyed the back deck area & ate outside while enjoying the view of the lake. The WiFi worked flawlessly. The resort has a variety of activities if you choose to participate in them. Many great bargains at the Silver Sands Outlet Shopping Mall that was close by. The manager was quick to respond to a question I had. I recommend a stay here to couples, families — anyone who wants a nice place to stay that is central to so many activities, restaurants, & shopping in the area.

Awesome stay!

The place was beautiful, clean and well-decorated. The lake view from the balcony was amazing spot to relax and unwind after the day’s activities. A plus, we were allowed to used 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and small cooler when we went to the beach. The only thing we were disappointed was the golf cart only for 4 person as shown in the website. We wish it was 6 person cart, so we used our car to go places inside the resort. We worked it out ok.
