The room was freezing and would not warm up. When I went to speak with staff about the thermostat they explained that its just the temperature it is and they couldn't do anything to about it. I was miserable all night and didn't get any sleep.

Breakfast was very poor - Oversalted eggs, cold sausage, No Bacon. Waffle was sub par as there were no toppings available. No real healthy options - only ate it once and then not again. Air conditioning in room 317 (the room I stayed) was not working. I had moved to this room after the deadbolt lock in room 307 was not working - Very poor water pressure for the shower. It was not even hard enough to be able to rinse clean or feel refreshed - Very poor indeed Hotel smelled like Marijuana - especially the 3rd floor - Hotel did nothing to correct it

First room the TV and the phone did not work. We were then upgraded to a sweet with working extras but the room was dirty. Pubic hair in bathroom, toilet seat dirty, only one towel to shower with.
