It says luxury suites however the 1 bedroom king suite we stayed in was very old and outdated. The heater in the bedroom didn’t work and the living room did not have a coffee table which most of the suites have. The carpet was very old and stained with what appeared to be pet damage, it just felt dirty. We’ve stayed here in the past but this time our experience was not as pleasant from the moment we checked in.

Staff was very helpful. Room was in need of repairs to the bathroom tub and tile. Wall paper peeling off in bathroom. A few holes in entry door and wall. Have stayed here before and was happy but never in this particular room. Probably just an anomaly and needs to be scheduled for some TLD.

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. No hot water. Went to our room and it wasn’t even cleaned. Maid came in after we had all our stuff already in. Stained blankets. Furniture falling apart, room smelled like wet dog. We loved this place and have gone for over 15 yrs. Never was it like this. Wish I could get my money back. Was just horrible

Terrible hotel! It was disgusting. Spots on the carpet, spots on the sheets, dirty walls, toilet, shower, curtains were hanging off of the rod and one side had duct tape to hold the curtains closed. All the windows were wide open as we arrived at 12 am and it was 46 degrees out. The place was freezing and the smell was unbearable and horrific! We ended up calling hotels.com, bless their heart, saved us and started calling different hotels in the area. Thank God for Jazz at Lighthouse Lodge, who was available in person at 1am to help us out with the transfer and booking. They came through for us at a critical time and saved us! 5 stars for hotels.com and Lighthouse. I would give Rosedale 0 stars but that was not an option!

The room was OK. However. We could not adjust the volume on the TV remote. When we discovered the problem, the office had closed and no one was available. And so it stayed that way for the balance of our stay. No one on the staff remaining for the weekend knew how to fix the problem.

The room smelled moldy and seems like it had not been aired in a while. Also the room needed serious renovations, including the seals on the tub. Overall, we just needed a place to sleep for a night.
