The condition of the construction was kluncky-literally; The toilet handle was hard to push down to flush and made a loud noise every time it was pushed. Flushed ok, but quality of construction was clean, but low quality. Beds were fine; food was ok, standard.

Diamond in the rough

This hotel is a diamond in the rough. If a little more time was spent with the decor and overall cleanliness it would be a really great hotel. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The rooms just need a little freshen up and deep clean.

Brief stay after being in Bristol. Room did not smell great but bed and areas were clean. The breakfast offered was phenomenal and they had an espresso machine!

STAY AWAY!

Why don't they allow ZERO stars. How on earth are there positive reviews on this place?! We arrived to a place that looked neglected.. from the plants outside to the garbage stacked four feet high outside of the main entrance.The people who work the front desk are either rude or don't care (or are used to complaints like this on the daily) The hallways smelled like a cleaning product that they were probably using to mask the actual smell of the place. But what about our room, you ask? Well that, my friends, was a humid room that smelled of mildew and urine. The only thing nice about that room was the way they folded the towel on the sink. The bedding felt moist and the mattresses sagged badly in the middle. One us us who is severely allergic to mold started sneezing. We used the toilet and left to demand a refund... We will see if we get one....

A breakfast was great, staff great. Only thi g i did t like was fees of$30 each for two ba y yorkshires? One us 3 months old and only 1 pound other 1 yr old and only 3 pounds. Cant do that much damage. A room deposit would have been preferred.
