Everything was good with this property except the shuttle service. When we came back to get our car, the shuttle took at least an hour to get to the airport pick us up. The front desk told me they were on their way and I had to call back several times to get a shuttle because I was standing with my 80 year old mom waiting for what should have been no more than 10-15 minutes.

Stayed for one night. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Room was equipped with an iron but no ironing board, a mini fridge but no microwave. In close proximity to the airport so you will hear the planes taking off and landing; use ear plugs when sleeping. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

We really enjoy staying at the Avid; our Nashville hotel off choice! We've even benefited from the extended parking. The hotel is very clean and convenient. The shuttle and driver were always prompt and courteous.

The facility and staff are awesome. Planes depart right over the building around 300 ft above it. Super noisy and scary. I wish they could pick up the facility and staff and move it to quieter location.
