I was visiting my son so this hotel was right by his apartment. It is right by the South Street Seaport. Outside the hotel has scaffolding but no work was going on over the weekend when i was there. This is also close to transportation. Hotel lobby and hallways are nice. My room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable. The floor is a little beaten up but the rest of the room was fine.

I’m a Hispanic tourist, and my experience at this hotel has been excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay very enjoyable. Although the hotel is currently under renovation, the area is very safe, and the location offers much better road access compared to other places. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and convenience!

The property should not be a 4 star, the floors are worn out, holes in floor and wall, plumbing issues in restroom, etc,. The front desk was very nice and the staff was amazing but suite I stayed in was worn out!
