Quick shuttle drive to Newark Airpirt.

Front desk people were friendly. Restaurant workers were not. There was no breakfast. We were startled when someone tried to open our door. The mistake of front desk giving out duplicate keys. Shuttle ride was quick and convenient, which was why we chose this hotel. Shuttle driver was nice as well.

Decent property for an overnight stay when I arrived into Newark later. A bit of a wait for the shuttle, but hotel check in was efficient and staff friendly.

I booked the room on-line. The a/c unit was terrible. VERY noisy. Had to shut it off. Had only fan which was loud but not miserable like the a/c unit. Breakfast was not included as advertised and not available until 6:20AM. Not happy!!!

We were not allowed a room. We came in after midnight from our flight-I specially told them we wouldn’t make it til the 2nd so the days got mixed up and we were denied a room and had to go find another one after two days on planes.

Parking is $15.99, if you’re going back late you will hardly find parking very inconvenient for the price. Amenities were okay, rooms are spacious. Staff during the day are friendly let us check in early.
