Thank you for going above and beyond. Young gentlemen of an Indian decent went above and beyond real late at night to ensure I was okay even though I did not have the best disposition. He also was by himself with a line. It wasn’t just me, he did the same thing with the lady before me. You can tell he cares. Rare breed. I appreciate you and keep being you.

The hotel was hard to get to . The room was not clean there were roaches. Ihave pics to prove it . Room stunk of mold. Staff was not friendly . Food was horrible ..this place is one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at

I’m pregnant I had to keep going downstairs 3 times to get the card to work to open the door . That didn’t work so he had to get keys to open it . The room had a horrible smell to it . The service was terrible

We were on the top floor where we experienced noise on the roof through the night. Very weird. You cannot walk to the airport even though Google map says you can. BW provided a free shuttle to the airport Air train which took about 20 min. Then you take the air train to the train which is an additional 20 min.
