Overall, the experience was brilliant. Good service, high level of accommodation. Everything you need all in one place for a relaxing holiday. Walking distance to restaurants and pubs was very convenient. The pool and lazy river worked a charm with enough place to sit around the pool. The best of it all was the staff, all friendly and out to make to you time at the hotel pleasant. Had some good laughs with them. Will definitely be back. Thanks

All pools are nice and big but edge/tail around shaded pool, (diagonal to the bar that is in the center of the shaded pools), needs to be repaired as it represents a hazard while walking by or stepping on it. Staff and service was attentive and resourceful. The food was okay but to be considered Five stars hotel, food could be much better. I enjoyed the gym, the atmosphere in the hotel and the cocktails in pool bar and shaded pools. Wira the bartender, 5 stars for the margaritas.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the outstanding customer service. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. The breakfast offered was a delightful experience, featuring a beautiful array of fresh, high-quality dishes that catered to various tastes. Each morning, I looked forward to starting my day with such a delicious spread. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat for restful sleep after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in the room’s design contributed to a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Overall, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott was excellent. The best stay at Bali

The room was fantanic size , the bed was the most comfortable of any bed i have slept on in Bali. Breakfast options where fantastic and the serve to go with breakfast. This is rhe best hotel we have stayed in at Bali The staff are fantanic, lunch and dinner menu options are fantastic and well priced. Local of hotel is fantastic so quiet and relaxing with an amazing swimming pool. Thankyou to everyone at the courtyard hotel for making our stay the best.
