The property is tired, for the price value is poor. Gardens are well kept as are the pools. The hotel needs to be more upfront that it IS NOT a beachside location! The staff I rate 100% I would not stay here again or at a Marriott. Better options are available.

Very underwhelming

Definitely not a 5 star place. Service around pool and at restaurants was very slow. Rooms were not cleaned properly and way too late in the day. Lounges around the pool that had other guests plates and glasses were left not cleaned up for hours. For the price this was a very underwhelming experience. I would definitely not recommend this place.

We didn’t expect that!

Odin at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. She even accompanied us to the room which was quite a hike from the front desk. It’s a huge hotel complex with 9 buildings in a gated area. The place looks like one big park with walking/biking paths and shuttles to the beach. The breakfast was amazing with huge variety of food selection. Dinner items were very delicious and the staff so friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and it was a nice cap to our vacation in Bali.

The hotel was OK. Staff doesn’t speak much English so you have to make sure they understand you when you order drinks/food. It’s an older hotel and you can hear every sound in the corridor/next door. We had a room near the pool and were woken up twice at 6.30am. Once by a guy cutting trees!! Breakfast wasn’t anything special. Same thing each day. They provide a free shuttle to the beach or it’s a 20 minute walk. The sun lounges are nice, but the beach itself was very polluted. Lost if rubbish/plastic bottles near the water. You can walk to the Main street in les than few minutes. Gym was descent for a hotel gym!

Amazing place

It has always been amazing staying at Courtyard. Housekeeping made an excellent job. Special thanks to receptionist "Nopita" (sorry, not sure how spell her name) who made our check-in. She is amazing, lovely and professional, with always a smile in her face.
