I had a family emergency in which it did not end well and all front desk agents were so insensitive to my situation. I had to cancel my stay and they refused to assist with my request and never got me to a manager. I understand hotel policies yet there are exceptions when applicable. I would not want to book at this hotel ever again!

Convenient and clean, but no frills. The property is ready for a bit of a renovation, it's a bit dated. The windows don't open even a crack so the rooms can be a bit stuffy.

The hotel was in a great location for my stay. The rooms were clean and large enough to be very comfortable. The linens were great. Everything was clean. The breakfast was good for my tastes, a nice assortment. I wish I had seen recycle bins.
