Parking sucks, lobby was locked- had to talk through a window to check in, people loitering in the stairwell, door lock was not all the way turned because the door wouldn’t close properly, 2 pillows, bathroom door rubbed on floor and was really hard to close… Oh! And your deposit is only available at checkout AT 11 AM- no other time… there’s better- keep browsing One positive is that I think the food truck out front is doing better than the hotel…

This does NOT match the pictures. People live here and the property is disgusting. Teenagers are hanging out in the stairwells, they leave trash everywhere. There are people hanging out all over the property. There was no real lock on the door, there was mold in the walls, the hot water in the shower was NON existent. The one plus is that I did not see any roaches

No battery in smoke detector on wall.had to ask for microwave when room was supposed to come with one.toilet was cracked on side .hotel asked for a 100 dollar deposit that I wasn't expecting when I arrived it wasn't mentioned on your website expedia.no blankets on beds as it was cold when I stayed there.lastly my other person with me had a walker but we still ended up 31 rooms from the office.

Got charged $10 for “dirty towels” although they were used to clean pube hairs on the floor that were left behind from the previous guest. Disgusting don’t go here. The rooms are filthy and there is a cat lady that lives in one of the rooms and has half of the property smelling terrible. This is more of a home to some people, not for the traveling. I told them about the pube hairs and was told “no there was an animal in there” but yall knew it was dirty though right? Nasty

The room was missing light bulbs, the floor was filthy, the tub was disgusting. There was only one outlet that worked. We found a condom wrapper by the dresser. There were children sleeping in the hallway at the top of the stairs. Do not stay here. Run.

All of the staff were super friendly, when they were there on the property. However, the room was the worst one I've ever been in. First of all, there was no phone in the room, not a huge deal, just odd. Next, the ceiling looked like it could have caved in on us at any moment. Moving on, the fridge did not work because the door would not close. The sink only has hot water, and when you turned it on, it blasted with such pressure, getting your whole shirt soaking wet. As for the shower, extremely slippery and the water pressure in there was almost non-existant. To sum up my review, I will say that the only good thing about the room itself was the flooring, it was pretty cool actually. P.S. This was, at the very most, a $25.00 room. I feel I was ripped off incredibly. Had I know the horrible condition of the room, I never would would have booked a room there, especially not at $49.00+. Also, the noise all throughout the night was pretty ridiculous.

Mildew COVERING the entire bathroom. Huge hole in my bathtub patched sloppily with a room key card stuffed in the hole to “cover it”. No bed blankets, no tv remote, I was told I would have an in room microwave and there was none, a hole in the wall, no trash can, no toilet paper, no washcloths or floor towel, stains on the pillows, my 4 month old daughter broke out in hives and got sick from staying here. This is illegal and a health hazard and will be reported to the state in multiple different departments and divisions. I study law for a reason. This is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress, this place is disgusting and even when you are nothing but polite, the staff will refuse to help you and then tell you you have to leave once you mention the inhabitable living conditions.
