the room smelled like mildew... i requested laundry bags they gave me garbage bags... due to booking through hotels.com (third party) the hotel was unwilling to do anything for my stay which was disappointing since we booked a suite

They told me they were upgrading my room yes it was on a higher floor, but I asked for a king size bed, and I wanted to look at the Disney Springs side, not their pond. Then the TV sound went in and out, but it was late at night so no I didn’t want anybody to come in the room. There was a big gap in the door so light would come through. There was no nightstand just the one thing in the middle of two beds. I just will say I’ll never stay at this hotel again I’ve stayed several different Orlando hotels. Hilton has overall good hotels, but not this one.
