We had a junior suite and it left a lot to be desired. To start I wasn't told at check in that there was no self-service carts. I checked in and parked in the lot which is quite a walk to the lobby. I took the wife and kids to the room and went down to get a cart to bring everything up. I was told then that the carts are for valet or the bell hop service only so instead of bringing the car back to the front to unload I just did it myself with no cart. The junior suite was big but that's about it. The couch was torn, the coffee and end tables were wobbly and scratched up. My kids didn't wear socks in the room the first night and there feet were black from how dirty the carpet was. The hotel charges $35 a night to park. The parking kiosk yells at you to put your room key on the keypad over and over. Overall, the property is convenient to Disney Springs but by the time I paid to park and the resort fee I wish I would have stayed on Disney property.
