I killed 4 roaches in my room. I went to request help and got no apology from the front desk Managaer Josh. He moved me to another room. As I was talking to him about my room there was a roach on the office wall.

The property is well kept, clean and comfortable. Shuttles to Universal were convenient and Uber from park after hours was quick. Breakfast buffet is good, fruits, yogurt cereal eggs bacon hash brown waffle stations etc, would be pricey for multiple days though. Pool area is nice. Short walk to several restaurants and shops. Beds are fairly comfortable. There is a little noise from traffic/highway but after a long busy day it didn’t matter too much.

Consistent, Great Stays

Nothing beats the price and deep pool. Any hotel, 5ft deep pool so you're essentially dipping your entire body in water. 9ft deep with goggles enhances the experience of deep swimming, meaningful propulsion and fun exploration under water. Hope someday, they manage to install a jacuzzi somewhere.

Very nice hotel, will definitely stay again if making a trip to Universal in Orlando. Shuttle service was very convenient and the buffet inside the hotel had a good variety of food.
