Requested a shuttle for the airport for 11:15 am and due to traffic and a busy airport I was told a shuttle would arrive at 12:15 but was offered an uber from the sweet blonde lady at the desk. The gesture was so kind, my flight wasn’t til 3 so I declined the offer. I keep coming back mainly because of her and just how overall wonderful she is. I had an issue with the plumbing and charging ports this visit and was immediately switched to a different room. I’ve been staying here for years mainly because of the kind and attentive staff. I wish I knew her name but please give this woman all the flowers! She is the best!

I love everything about this hotel! It’s definitely a gem. You immediately notice the emphasis on keeping and maintaining cleanliness in and around the property. Carla at the front desk was so kind and so helpful all throughout the check in process which was very quick & smooth. Our room was clean and spacious. The buffet spread is wonderful and they serve hot breakfast. 10/10!!

Lobby is nice but once you go up to your room that’s where the nice ends. The hallway is dark, musty, humid and smelled awful. The room is dated with old fixtures. The bathroom was decent. The shuttle to and from the airport was excellent! Drivers were polite.

I arrived pretty early and the desk agent was very accommodating in getting me into a room. The room was clean and was about what I was expecting. Breakfast was the typical and the restaurant and shopping options around the area was very good. The fitness "center" was just ok. The weight machine looked very rundown. Overall it was a good stay and I would stay here again.
