Would have been perfect but for the music in the lounge and hallways. They’re trying to make it western with rap or vocals. People come to Japan to escape the low class of the west. Would be better if they dropped all music with vocals (which makes it hard to concentrate if you are reading or working in the lounge. Replace with relaxing music, like what Komeda coffee plays. Then 5 stars

Very clean and modern. Right next to the station and has amenities very close by. Staff are lovely, and they provide a very good room clean everyday - they even make sure to dust off and clean the remotes (whereas some hotels skip this)! There’s a nice lounge area to relax when tired also, and have a few snacks.

Poorly designed rooms no consideration for luggages. We had room with three beds literaly no space for luggages. Travelled the world seen small rooms but nothing like this . Could have been a two bed and a third permanent ed was after thought.

Great stay and amazing staff! They have a subway station right next door and that helps so much! I would highly recommend they improve their laundry service with more washing machines and dryers. Many people were waiting for others to pick up their laundry. I would also encourage they have more ironing rooms with the full ironing board. They only have one small ironing room per floor.

Very unique hotel because the train station is underneath the hotel, very convienent - don't have to walk far. The hotel is far away from all the attractions, there's very minimal dinning option around the hotel.

The room is small but still in reasonable size. You can see it is a bit dated from the walls. The staff is ok but they don’t know much English. The highlight of this hotel is the location, which is just next to the metro station and the metro line is convenient to go to most places like umeda, airport, kyoto etc. The area is safe and quiet, but it is not close to shopping if you like it. The breakfast is nice but they need to change the dishes very often, I stayed for 6 days and it’s a bit boring to eat similar dishes every day.

Excellent hotel! Close to all major tourist areas in Osaka. Very close to train station. Lovely staff that went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms were extremely clean and maintained daily. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The small room option really isn’t suited to couples unless for a single night as the bed is pressed up against a wall. There’s only four hangers and limited space for bags. The bed was comfy at least. The hotel was clean and the breakfast okay, though sometimes availability of certain items was an issue and on occasions there didn’t seem to be enough free staff to handle the front desk and breakfast arrivals. Best thing about the hotel for me was the clean bathroom and great shower.
