The room was clean with comfortable bed (soft sheets). Sink with large counter and big mirror outside room with toilet & shower. This room has a king size bed. Staff was friendly, not just front desk, also maintenance and lady taking care of the buffet breakfast (good, filling foods). Coffee and tea always available, and cookies ready at certain time each day. Pool clean with chairs & loungers (open 7am -7pm). Parking out front, because guests go inside hotel to their room. They didn't recommend leaving valuables in your vehicle, but we had no problems. They have a working elevator, washer and dryer, snack machine & ice maker. And No I was not paid for my review.

Nice staff, convenient location, easy parking. There was a strong smell in the room of mould and dampness which made it inconvenient. Staff was kind enough to give me a room freshener but that didn't help with the smell.

I would love to give this property higher marks because it is in a great location, easy to get to and the staff are first class and very pleasant. However the property itself dispute the reviews isn’t really up to standard. I will admit that some of the issues might have been resolved if we had complained at the start, but sheer tiredness and then a reluctance to do so due to only being there for 6 nights put us off. Well that and the general reluctance of brits to complain. First the good bits. If you are staying in this area then the location is perfect with good parking and easy to get to. The area around the hotel has ample eating places and the staff at the hotel are very friendly and professional. Now the bad. The hotel definitely feels old. The room we were staying in 304 had roaches and as we seen a pest controller in the hallways, I suspect we weren’t the only one. While I can forgive roaches, it is Florida after all. The room smelt damp and disgusting. This smell lasted the whole week and is probably due to being unable to open windows to get some fresh air. The aircon which came on every 5-10 minutes was like being stuck on a runway it was that loud and made sleeping a real problem. There was no cleaning at all while we were there and when we saw people leaving dirty towels outside their doors we thought they might have been changed on the third day but alas not. We had to go to reception and ask for clean ones, which we got but no.

I came here as a solo traveller , and I just want to say wow , the place is beautiful , when you walk in you get a great welcome from the front desk , also their are hot and cold drinks available for you at the front which are for the whole stay your their , the breakfast in the morning was lovely , you have a great choice , cereal , pan cakes , fruit , muffins , toast , sasuges , eggs , Tato tots , was lovely and the young lady that made sure everthing was topped up was so nice and friendly , the rooms where clean and tidy , you get movie channel and mtv and other good channels on the telly , the air conditioning was really good as well and kept the rooms nice and cool. All in all a great stay in an area that has lots of places to eat and shop as well as bus stop out side . Great hotel.
