Laketown Wharf Resort offers guests unparalleled amenities: five unique pools, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, multiple restaurants, covered parking, and more. Now available on site, 810 Billiards and Bowling. Featuring 16 bowling lanes, billiard tables, sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, and an arcade. There will be a full menu, including a Mean Mugs milkshake bar. As the largest resort with some of the best values in Panama City Beach and amazing gulf views, Laketown Wharf Resort is a prime location for a fun-filled getaway!

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

The condo was easy to check into, the manager was easy to communicate with. We loved the location. The only downsides were the cleanliness was not the best. We found a pacifier in our bed, a chicken nugget under the nightstand, and the previous guests food in the cabinets. The handle to the toilet was broke when we arrived, but the manager had that fixed pretty quick. The beds were actually comfortable, there was not a bunk bed as described in the photos, so my kids were disappointed. But overall I’d stay here again.

Our family vacation at Laketown Wharf

The location was great! Easy beach access. The condo had a lot of amenities such as restaurants, ice cream shop and candy store. The kids loved all the pools. Definitely willStay again!

Decent Condo BUT….

The condo itself was decent and in a great location—walking distance to the beach and close to dining and activities, which made getting around super convenient. That said, there were quite a few issues that took away from the overall experience. Several things inside the unit were broken or not functioning properly, which was frustrating considering we were expecting a smooth, relaxing stay.One of the biggest disappointments was the missing bunk beds. The listing clearly stated they were included, and we had planned our sleeping arrangements around that—so showing up to find none was a letdown. The pools looked nice online, but in reality they were extremely overcrowded and not well maintained, especially given the number of guests using them daily.And then there were the elevators… what an ordeal. Long waits, constant malfunctions, and the kind of crowding that makes you reconsider your beach trip entirely. To top it off, the on-site staff wasn’t exactly friendly or helpful—definitely left us feeling like customer service was not a priority here.The silver lining was the host—they were **fantastic** to work with. Prompt communication, very helpful, and clearly tried to make the best out of a less-than-ideal situation. For that alone, the trip was salvageable.Wouldn’t book this specific unit again unless improvements are made, but we appreciated how the host handled everything!

The pictures are inaccurate. The unit is outdated, lacks cooking supplies, and no longer has bunk beds. The spare bed's springs can be felt. The carpet in the unit is dirty and old. The resort's restrooms were unclean, and the check-in staff were rude. The resort's overall attitude was 'it's not my job.' Also you will be waiting a long time for an elevator. The location is good but the resort is not.

Great Location: Not so great unit

This was a vacation with my family; six of us total. 1. 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for whole week, 4 adults 2 1 garbage bag in kitchen for the week 3. Bed in 2nd bedroom is horrible. Needs a new mattress, sinks. Didn’t get a good night’s rest 4. Dirty carpet and grout 5. Unstable toilet seat in second bathroom 6. Poor, unstable WiFi 7.

Don’t stay here

View is great. Master bathroom is huge. TVs don’t work. Beds were uncomfortable. You had to wait for elevators for at least 15/20 mins each time. This condo has had the same issues we had for years. Owners don’t fix anything.

My friends and I really enjoyed our trip. The place was amazing and very nice for teens. I do wish the wi-fi was better and that there were more things such as seasonings, trash bags, etc. But overall I loved staying here!

Definitely worth it!

Location was great, the condo was clean, very comfortable and inviting, peaceful, and roomy! Not to mention the view was beautiful! The pools were great. The elevators take a little bit of time with larger groups and if pools get shutdown, or everyone is going in or out at the same time, but it wasn’t unreasonable. It was expected waiting, so it didn’t bother us. We didn’t experience any noise issues and were never bothered by other tenants. We would definitely book here again.

This property is in such a good location. It is so close to the beach and food establishments. We enjoyed all the pools on the property, as well. The room was big enough for all of us, it was clean, and the beds were so comfy. We enjoyed staying here and having late night convos on the balcony. I for sure would stay here again!

The accommodations were fine. It was not that clean, but not a big deal. However staying at the LakeTown Wharf felt like prison. They would not allow us to have guest over for dinner. They check your wristband along with your car pass everytime you come into the property. Multiple times while you're in the hottub. They also "reported" us because my 11 year old was in the gym with us. I'll never stay at Laketown again. I'm an adult. If inwant dinner guest, i don't want to be told i can't

Roaches problem

The unit was infested with Cockroaches, some dead and some alive crawling within the property. The Master bedroom had no linen or made bed upon my arrival. The mattress cover was filthy as well.

Family Vacation

This was the worst place my family has ever stayed. It’s filthy, elevators are dirty and take forever, customer service is non existent. Every guest I spoke to said they would never return. The security workers are a joke.

Good stay on the beach

The condo is exactly as listed. We had no issues with the cleanliness of the condo and the property management was quick to respond. The pools were nice, although very crowded. The buffet was amazing and there are several close restaurants. Only downsides: The resort constantly smelled like marijuana. That doesn’t bother me, but it might bother others. Also….THE ELEVATORS….Having stayed at crowded resorts I thought it would be no big deal. Most of the time it was ok but several times having to wait 20+ minutes. I would recommend staying on a lower floor you can use the stairs to. Also, we arrived late, but there was a long line for check in daily in the afternoon.

We would not stay here again! Unsafe!!

We did not enjoy our stay here and would not stay again! We ended up checking out 3 days early due to safety issues! Gun shots on the street below! We were basically locked in the condo multiple days due to criminal activity it’s on the street below. We also did not feel safe at the pools! Very over run by gang type people playing loud disgusting music on big speakers! We contacted the property about our concerns and asked for some of our money back due to the conditions at the condo and we were told the issues were handled, but they weren’t! It was our family Christmas present with our older children to do this trip! It was a lot of money wasted!!

unit was good

we enjoyed our stay but communication back to us never happened, the carpet in living room and master and the curtains in the bunk area needed cleaning , we called and was told that housekeeping would be notified, no other info followed. there were blue wrist bands in unit when we arrived on Jan. 26th , that expired on Feb 1st we found out, we called and requested current wrist bands and never heard any thing or got them.

The condo was great

Property people was horrible rented a golf cart I wasn't even allowed to pull up to pick up and drop people off and there was not 1 sign that said no golf carts so we pretty much lost out on 300 dollars for renting it. They walked around and didn't allow drinks by pool but allowed certain people to have them by the pool and the water was super cold in all pools not heated !! Condo was beautiful and clean but as far as the people running this place was horrible!!
