2. 5 makuuhuonetta, 2. 5 kylpyhuonetta, 6 vierasta, 1300 m², hissi, ilmastointi, etelään päin jalankulkualueella.

Tämä 1300 neliöjalan äskettäin uusittu asunto on modernin rakennuksen vieressä modernin taiteen museon (Pompidou keskusta) vieressä, korkealla kerroksella, etelään päin. Kaikki ikkunat ovat kaksinkertaiset ja äänieristetyt (vaikkakaan tämä kävelyalue ei ole kovinkaan melua!).

2 makuuhuonetta king size-vuoteella sekä yksi iso vuodesohva tarjoavat majoitusta 6 hengelle.

Koko paikka on täysin uudistettu arkkitehti.

Se on hissi ja kattohuoneisto 1000 neliömetriä grilli, pitkät tuolit, pöydät, kukat jne. Jne ....

Kesän ajan on asennettu ilmastointilaite ja talvella on keskuslämmitys.

Internet WiFi: n kanssa on varustettu 30 Mt nopeudella; UHD-televisiossa on yli 200 televisiokanavaa, joista pääsee Amazon Prime -elokuville ja -sarjoille, mukaan lukien Netflix. Olohuoneessa on äänijärjestelmä.

Keittiössä on mikroaaltouuni, grilli, uuni, jääkaappi, pakastin, astianpesukone, vaatteiden pesukone / kuivausrumpu, silitysrauta ja espressokeitin sekä kahviautomaatin lisäksi.

Olohuoneessa on suuri pöytä, johon mahtuu vähintään 6 henkeä ja parveke.

On kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja erillinen wc-alue.

Isossa kylpyhuoneessa on suuri suihku, kylpyamme ja iso pesuallas, jossa on varastointi.
Huoneisto on saanut loistavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Rue de Rivoli. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla poreallas ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja poreammeen.

Well - took my son to Paris for Spring break. Spectacular accommodations (mom booked it). Main floor has a bedroom and master sleeping room - not completely walled off but private and very luxurious. My bed (master) was a king (or bigger) and was very comfortable. Spacious and luxurious bathroom - tub & separate shower. I assume son’s bedroom/bed was comfortable. Definitely not a small bedroom and it had a separate bathroom. Kitchen was first rate and stylishly appointed. The upstairs provided a separate living area and outdoor entertainment space. We really didn’t use it much because we were in town but, like the rest of the apartment it had great style and appeared comfortable. Definitely coming back! Oh - almost forgot - the owner, Marcello, was fantastic to work with and he helped us with a number of local venues.

Outstanding apartment with a wonderful host! It is, at the same time, in the center of Paris and a calm oasis with a spectacular rooftop garden that feels like countryside. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and well equipped for our multigenerational family of 6, with two full and one half baths, two bedrooms and a comfy sleeper sofa for the grandkids. Communication could not have been better and Marcello was the perfect host. All in all a great place to stay in Paris. We will be back!

The property was in a great location and very clean however the primary bedroom did not offer any privacy and the en-suite had no lock. It was difficult to fall asleep with guests in the loft. The bed was super comfortable but the towels and limited lighting in the bathrooms and rooms were disappointing. Marcello was very nice and communication was great.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment for our Thanksgiving in Paris. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and it had everything we needed while we were there. Marcello was a fantastic host, and he went out of the way to help us book a car to and from the airport to his apartment in the city center. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat and how to get around. There was a great binder with recommendations on restaurants and grocery stores that we utilized several times over our week as well. He made up the couch after our arrival in the upstairs loft for our daughter, and we were able to have separate sleeping arrangements for our family of four, which was fantastic. The beds were all comfortable, too!The apartment is in a fantastic location to access the city, and we were able to walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Tuileries Gardens, and many other great locations, and it had easy access to the metro as well. The area felt safe, and we were comfortable walking around early in the morning and in the evening as well, and there were great boulangeries close by for breakfast and many great cafes and restaurants as well. We would definitely stay here the next time we come to Paris!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for myself and friends. The location is right in the heart of the heart of the Marais. Marcello, the host, was a dream to work with. He was very accommodating to our needs and requests. The unit was immaculate. After a day of touring, it was so nice to come back to the unit and enjoy the terrace with wine and snacks. If I come back to Paris, I will definitely reserve this unit again. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone wanting to spend time in Paris.

The apartment is in a great location. Shops and restaurants are steps away. It is within a 2 or 10-minute walk of several lines of the Metro providing easy access to sights and monuments. Beds in both bedrooms are very comfortable. Large bedroom has limited privacy but was not an issue for our group. Ample kitchen supplies with Nespresso machine, which was all we needed to get our day started. The owner, Marcello, was excellent to work with and very helpful and responsive. Enhanced our 5-night stay in Paris.

Marcello is great- easy to communicate with. We really liked the unit. It is modern and the outdoor area is a bonus. The bedroom my husband and I stayed in was spacious with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. There are screens to make the bedroom seem private, but there is no door. It wasn’t an issue for us, but if 2 couples need lots of privacy, one will be a little disappointed. Even still, I recommend the home and would stay there again.

Marcello was a great host. He was friendly, informative, and detail-oriented. We had a walk-thru on the rental and were given information about the neighborhood. The location was great for walking around even late at night; lots of restaurants, pharmacy, and supermarkets. It's also walking distance to various attractions with metro station at the corner. It was very quiet in the rental even when it's noisy outside. We had a comfortable stay. Thank you Marcello!

Family Paris Adventure!

Our family of four had an amazing four days in Paris at this property. It's steps from the Pompidou Centre and everything you need is at your fingertips as you walk out the front door of the apartment: great restaurants, cafes, shopping, grocery, fruit, the metro, etc. It is a 10-15 minute walk to Ile de la Cite, where you will find both Notre Dame and Sainte Chapelle cathedrals. The property has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, has a great kitchen and has air conditioning. The highlight of the property is the private rooftop deck/garden. It was amazing!Marcello is a wonderful host and met us at check-in and at checkout! Thank you!! We hope to return.

Just stayed at Marcello’s place for 5 nights and it was wonderful. It was spacious and had everything we needed. I was impressed by Marcello’s attention to details - there were guide books to read, recommendations, a binder with directions, umbrellas, laundry soap, and even adapters for our phones! My husband and I stayed with our two adult children, and it was so nice to have 2 bedrooms and bathrooms so that we all had our own space. Thanks to Marcello’s for being a great host!

So nice, we stayed here twice!

Our first stay in this apartment was in November 2019 and we loved it so much that when we made a return trip to Paris five years later, we were thrilled to see it was available again! Marcello was an excellent communicator and very gracious host who made sure that our stay went smoothly. The apartment is extremely well situated--many Metro lines are easily accessible, and it is within easy walking distance of the Marais and Notre Dame. The apartment has everything you need and was a comfortable stay for this family of four with two teens. The rooftop garden is an amazing bonus--having our morning coffee and baguette amongst the tranquil greenery makes you feel like you've been transported out of the city! This is a wonderful apartment and I highly recommend it for your trip to Paris!

We had a wonderful stay at this flat in Paris! The location was unbeatable—in a quiet, charming neighborhood filled with great restaurants and shops, yet just steps from the metro and walkable to Notre Dame and other key sights.Two absolute highlights: the air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during a hot week in Paris, and the elevator—so many places we looked at were stairs-only, so having a lift made a huge difference. Save your energy for exploring the city, not climbing up to your room!The roof terrace was magical, the perfect spot to relax after a long day. And the host was incredible—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond. He arranged airport transfers, met us at the flat to show us around, and left excellent recommendations for places to eat and shop.Merci for a fantastic stay—we’d absolutely come back!

Wonderful Stay/Beautiful Apartment

Our time in Paris was fantastic, made all the better by our beautiful VRBO apartment, the location and Marcello, our generous host. We, as a multi-generational family of five, needed an apartment with space for grandparents, adult children and a grandchild. Marcello’s apartment was perfect. It was lovely, clean, comfortable and a home away from home when we returned from sightseeing. To cap all of that, there was a private terrace off of the upper level which was landscaped with flowers, small trees and shrubs. It was breathtaking.The apartment was located near the Marais, around the corner from the Pompidou Center. There were small shops and charming cafes and restaurants close at hand. Transportation on buses and the metro was easy to use. We made our way to iconic landmarks but spent as much time exploring “our neighborhood”.Finally, we can not thank Marcello enough for his kind attention. He greeted us upon arrival. He showed us around the apartment, answered questions about appliances, temperature controls and so on, provided an array of Paris guides, offered a folder of information about the area with restaurant recommendations and was available for questions during our stay. He arranged transportation to and from the airport and came to see us off as we left to fly home. He was a kind gentleman and a superb host.

Beautiful Apartment in Great Location

Marcello’s apartment is absolutely beautiful! It’s location allows for easy access to most of Paris’ main attractions. Marcello was kind, welcoming, and helpful. We highly recommend his place!

Great central apartment

Marcello very responsive. Met us on arrival and booked our airport pickup and departure taxi van for 5. Well equipped for eat in and many restaurants adjacent to property. 10 minute walk to Notre Dame Cathedral. Metro stop yellow line right beside. Best Paris stay. Note the bigger bedroom only separate by a screen curtain. Good big bathrooms. Lovely rooftop patio.

Excellent Location!

Marcello’s place is perfectly located, walkable to many of the amazing places Paris has to offer. Marcello is readily available as needs arise and even arranged our transport to the airport upon departure. Additionally, groceries, cafes, and pharmacies very near by. It is a large unit with room for 6 comfortably, with the master bedroom boasting a king size bed. A rooftop garden, fully equipped kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, makes it a lovely location for families. I highly recommend this VRBO location.

The Best! So Cozy!

Our family had an amazing time at Marcello’s place. The lift and stairs were very easy to access and the flat was so cozy that we immediately felt right at home. The king bed in the open downstairs master was so comfortable! Our sons had their own spaces that were made up for them on very comfy beds and loved relaxing in the open kitchen area. The neighborhood is in a pedestrian area, which is fun to walk around. I would highly recommend! Marcello met us to help show us how to enter the flat and how to work everything when we arrived and also met us early in the morning when we headed out to our next destination. Best host I have had!
