Town home was completely remodeled in August of 2018. Everything is brand new and ready for you to enjoy. Queen pull out couch on the main floor with 1/2 bath and a raised queen air mattress in the closet. Upstairs is a full bathroom and two bedrooms, one with two queen beds and other with a king. Both bedrooms have LED Smart TVs with Wi-Fi. You can sleep up to 10, 8 more comfortably. The sheets are all 1200 thread count, comes with soap/shampoo, hair dryer, soft towels etc - only the best for our guests! The HEATED POOL is about 30 steps from your front door. Unit comes with a covered parking spot and plenty of visitor parking. Should you want, you can rent beach cruiser bicycles or scooters for $1 an hour (download lime bike app on your phone).
Only 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, 10 minutes to Talking Stick Casino, 7 minutes to Salt River Fields, the Giant's stadium is walking distance as are the best restaurants, bars, old town shops, art galleries (free art walk on Thursday nights) and Fashion Square mall (Harkins Theater, Nordstrom, Dicks, Macy's etc.) 20 min from Westworld Arabian Horse Show, Barrett Jackson Auto Auction and TPC PGA Phoenix Open Golf Tournament. There is a free Scottsdale Trolley that picks up across the street from the town home and will take you all over Old Town should you choose not to walk. Your really don't need a car!
Living room has a brand new Samsung 55 inch LED 4k TV with Netflix and DirectTVnow, all furniture is brand new and very comfortable (we gave our decorator no budget, she did a great job!). The entire town home is serviced with free lightening fast Wi-Fi.
This property has a brand new AC unit and Heater - no worries whether it is 100 degrees or 40, you will be comfortable! Pool is heated and the BBQ's are first come first serve or cook up a meal in your brand new kitchen, make yourself at home. The walls are concrete which makes the property very quiet and peaceful, you will sleep well! There is a semi private patio with seating for you to enjoy.
Owner/Property Manager lives only 2 miles away and has lived in Scottsdale area for over 10 years, if you need anything or are looking for suggestions just ask! Front door has a digital keypad lock for easy entry. If you need a pack n' play for a baby we can supply one.
