I left four days early for a room that was paid for two weeks when leaving I was told there’s no refund I didn’t ask I just wanted out the noise I paid for a city view they stuck me in a room on first floor with view of bushes for four days then switched to a room just as mush noise or worse love Thailand 🇹🇭 but will never stay there again William A.Coffey

Paid for a room with double beds but apparently what they class as a double is barely bigger than a single. Tried to upgrade rooms yet faced the same issue. Travelling with a young child I had staff bring up my luggage however this took over an hour for some reason and hampered the rest of our day

Room soundproofing could be better to mitigate the amount of noise housekeeping must make when cleaning surrounding rooms. Would like to have more t.v. channel selections. And didn’t like turning the t.v. on and always being initially bombarded with the loud Holiday Inn channel. Everything else was excellent.
