Overall, this was a good experience. The facility has a fresh new appeal and the layout is functional. Parking is adequate. The breakfast, though well served, is minimal compared to other hotels with a stronger variety of offerings. The competition is tough when it comes to this. The coffee was terrific.

The bed was too tall to get into. I had to use the ottoman the first night and go buy a step stool for the rest of my stay. The nught desk clerk just shrugged her shoulders. She didn't care at all. Also, even though my reservation was for a handicapped room she said no, none available and put me in a regular room. After I put up a great fuss she finally took me to a handicapped room, but even though I was struggling with my luggage did not offer to help. I was in tears from the pain! I was there 4 nights. I understand the sheets weren't getting changed, but the trash was only taken out ONE day. The bed made ONE day. Towels replaced ONE day. That is ridiculous!!!! Also, no place to plug in my cell phone. I had the cable, but there was no port anywhere in the room. I had to go to Walmart and buy a plug adapter. Every time I asked about issues at the front desk and I was told was that they were waiting on the remodel next year. Well, that doesn't help the guests right now.

A decent place to stay.

The overall appearance was good, but there were signs of neglected maintenance. Worn carpet, shower heads not operating correctly, but it was fine. I was surprised that the staff did not have either uniforms or name tags or anything that indicates their job. The man servicing the breakfast bar wore jeans and a plain white undershirt.

Elevators broken . We were on the third floor and had to lug our luggage down 6 flights. Front desk attendant said oh we would have helped. So why no sign indicating this. ? Manager not available and I left a handwritten note for her to call me. No resonse thus far
