The room was great, clean and neat… however I did not like the fact that the bath tub takes aver 40 minutes to fill up which was disappointing. I also did not like the fact that there is bottled water which is not refilled every day unless you request it and even when I requested it.. took a whole day to get it. The restaurants were great however the need to make reservations ahead of time is kind of a hassle and you cant make it there is a fee you must pay. Otherwise the pools and amenities were great, staff were very nice and helpful.
In the other hand the membership sales pitch I was not expecting and took way too long, they were very pushy about us getting it and made it very frustrating when we declined it.
The parks on their own were very nice and yet many of the activities were not included in the “all inclusive” package which defeats the whole point of an all inclusive so there is that. The photo package was worth it though to be honest.
The transportation was always good and on time. We had a good time overall however the hotel needs some improvements in my opinion.
