I chose Icon Hotel primarily for its convenient location but it was the staff that really made this special and is the reason it will be my first choice on my next trip to Prague. They were so warm and welcoming and really looked after me, making my trip all the more special. The room was very comfortable and spacious and the shower was fantastic. The re was a great selection of hot and cold breakfast items which was included in my room rate. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and thank the staff for their hospitality.

Good breakfast and friendly staff. Hotel rooms are a little too sparse. No wall decor, only one chair to sit on, edge of door was broken so you could easily hear anything in our room and it didn’t feel quite secure because of that. There is a smoking place next door and at night it is louder when you have a room against that wall and the room smells more of smoke. Besides the above, the hotel was in a wonderful central location, and it made for an easy walk to anywhere we wanted to go.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are very kind. Especially, the sales manager Yiannis is incredibly nice and attentive to customers. I was surprised by his kindness and his quick response in resolving any issues. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book it again when I visit Prague.

This hotel is conveniently located and you can walk pretty much everywhere. The staff is nice and helpful and rooms are speciius although a it run down. We did not find the bedroom very comfortable. I would use it again if prices are not too high

Just back from a three night stay at the icon Prague. Lovely modern hotel close to all the city attractions. On arrival we were upgraded to a deluxe room .The room was spacious very clean and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom toiletries smelt gorgeous and we had room sevice daily. I would definitely recommend

Room was fine...not blown away. Do wonder where all these RAVE reviews that I read before booking came from!! Staff fine, pleasant enough,wouldn't say overly friendly nor helpful. Breakfast ok...not a massive selection but sufficient. Definitely not wowed by this hotel according to the reviews. No real buzz nor atmosphere either.

Ideal central location which wasn't noisy at all. The road the hotel is on is quiet and within a couple minutes walk of Wenceslas Square and 10 minutes walk to the railway station. The hotel staff where all friendly and helpful.

The room was well cleaned, the staff was super nice and responsive for every request i had. The location is perfect, 3 minutes walk from the main square. The breakfest wad fine, but to improve i would suggest to add more stuff to the breakfest like cheese and fruits variety, reacher salad.
