My girlfriend and I spent one week at this resort and we were not disappointed. As a lgbtq couple we felt safe and welcomed. The resort is gorgeous and the staff are so pleasant and accommodating. The food was good if you’re into healthy foods and Willing to try new foods. The beach is beautiful but we did encounter a lot of seaweed which we were told is due to the season. Overall, we would return and recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The hotel and location met all our expectations. We had a fantastic time. We were so glad we upgraded to the level. We got our own concierge Jenfry and he was brilliant. The way he communicated through WhatsApp is a brilliant idea. This took a lot of pressure off of us not having to organise daily activities and restaurants by ourselves, making the whole holiday a much more enjoyable experience. Jenfry is friendly and so easy to get along with, he made our holiday extra special.

We had a very nice stay overall. Beautiful resort, very clean, great pool and beach.you must upgrade to the Level, which makes the overall potential experience a 10. Amable, our personal Level concierge, was fantastic. Got us our spa and nightly dinner reservations and made sure several times a day that we were happy and knew what was going on. The upgrade restaurants are limited. Food was very good at all of them but the Mediterranean restaurant (poor service and execution, under cocked). Overall very good value but there are a few things one can always work on.

What can I say except… this resort is AMAZING!!! The quality that stands out in my opinion is the exceptional service & friendliness of the staff! From the minute you get there they make you feel like family! Our housekeeper Aracelis was outstanding!! Always came back to a spotless room with amazing towel/flower sculptures and a stocked mini bar. She was always there to get us anything we might need! We looked forward to our daily trips to the Level beach bar (Calathea) where we were always greeted with a smile from our bartender Deiby!!! He was so friendly and remembered us from last year’s trip! Just The Best!! The food, atmosphere, beach and activities are out of this world. You can’t go wrong by choosing Meliá Punta Cana Beach for your next trip!

I admit I was skeptical about all inclusive resorts but my stay at Meliá resort was phenomenal, really good rooms and the friendliest staff I ever experienced very hospitable and always smiling and greeting and nodding. One of the concierge members his name was Henry he made sure we are comfortable and checked in to see if we have any questions, I thought that was very nice.
