Would have liked another option for lunch and breakfast. Food at multiple restaurants was mediocre at best. Drinks were not good- not a fan of paper cups and straws. Woke up tp construction in unit next door one day and landscaping on 2 other days. Also encountered several rude employees.

This resort is amazing! It had the perfect balance of wellness and fun! There is always activities to do and things to see. The food was delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Tomas was one of my drivers and he made me feel like a VIP! Frankeila helped me plan my days and checked in frequently to make sure everything was good! She truly made me feel cared for. I didn’t have any worries here!

My stay at Melia was incredible. From the food options, to cleanliness, the beautiful view and the concierge service. I had no complaints about the trip. Jose, Juan and Zully took excellent care of me for the whole trip and made sure I had all the info and accommodations I needed every single day. The housekeeping team was also excellent and Aracelis made sure the room was taken care of everyday. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway. Our stay was absolutely incredible. We stayed in a deluxe suite close to the lobby and opted out of the Level. The initial room we checked into was outdated and had a very uncomfortable mattress that did not allow us to get much rest the first night. However, after expressing our concerns to the agents in the front lobby they were able to quickly relocate us to an upgraded villa.While there were some minor issues here as well with the AC not cooling properly in the living/dining area the rest of the suite was comfortable and had beautiful furnishings and was much more spacious and updated. We enjoyed the food thoroughly during each dining experience we had. I have stayed in many resorts and I have absolutely no complaints about the food. The alcoholic drinks are watered down and not the best, so if you are a drinker I would suggest upgrading to the premium alcohol packages. There was a huge difference in the drinks we had at the standard bars compared to the drinks with premium liquor we had in the rooftop at Quimera. The food at this restaurant was also the BEST we had in the entire trip. The service we received here from all of the staff was exceptional. Everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, cheerful and kind. They really do go above and beyond for you, so tipping for us was a no brainer. We also did the snorkeling speed boat which was the highlight of the trip! We are already talking about going back! This was an unforgettable vaction!

We stayed at Meliá Punta Cana Resort for six nights and had a great experience. The resort felt very safe, and the staff were kind and attentive. The room was spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels, and had working AC. The beach was beautiful, though there was some seaweed the last two days—probably due to wind. The shuttle transportation around the resort was super helpful. Food was good overall. Breakfast and lunch were buffet-only and offered good variety. Dinner was either buffet or by reservation at restaurants. Muoi was my favorite. Desserts lacked variety, but the ice cream was delicious (though it ran out fast). Drinks were okay—note that Red Bull and Corona cost an extra $5. There were plenty of fun activities, like pool aerobics, evening dancing in the main lobby, and a foam party. The gym was clean and convenient as well. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. The combination of cleanliness, safety, friendly service, and entertainment made it a wonderful trip.

From bell mans, to hostesses, bar tenders, servers, staff all around the resort, the golf drivers, house keeping… thank you Brigida Jimenez so much for your special attention. Siempre que visito un lugar lo más que miro es el servicio y le puedo asegurar que el servicio aquí ha sido uno 10/10 los empleados siempre muy contentos el chef del restaurante Quimera es extraordinario Maximo, Jesenia, Adriana y Carmen, desde el maletero cuando llegamos hasta al momento de irnos En el restaurante Moiu el Sr. Roundolfo y Andy nos atendieron súper. En la Barra del Lobby Juan es el mejor.. en General el servicio es en total excelencai
