Front desk staff inadequately trained and unable to properly communicate. Erratic restaurant timings and guest are often unaware or misinformed of the breakfast timings. And no courtesy drinking water in the rooms is totally unacceptable and cruel particularly to senior citizens. Abysmal customer service.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ayres hotel because the room was well sanitized, the sheets felt clean and they were able to accommodate us when we arrived early for check in. Breakfast was just a bonus to the incredible stay at the Ayres.

We had a hard time finding parking, but it was late when we got back to the hotel service was excellent. Everybody was nice. Food was good for breakfast and thank you.
