Positive: Is very well located near a lot of landmarks, you can even reach the farthest ones by foot with a long walk, around 30 minutes. Is pretty big and it has two bathrooms, the rooms are big, everything. In general, including the kitchen, this place has everything you need for your stay. Negative: In the big bathroom there’s mold inside the shower, on the walls. They’re stone walls, very porous and you can see it clearly. After seeing that you will be sure of the floor being dirty also inside the whole bathroom because is so rough and dark there’s no way is clean, dusted maybe but not really clean. Note the washer is not a dryer, so plan accordingly. I recommend it because I hope the owners would fix this, as easy as it is to fix I don’t see why not.

I would recommend it.

Really enjoyed the location of the apartment. Close to good restaurants and historic monuments. After checking in couldnt communicate with owners/mamager. Washing machine didnt work. Shower was barely adequate as pressure very low. All in all itwas a great place to stay.

No A/C nunca vayan, responsables bloquean mensajes

Nunca renten con RSH, no sirve el aire acondicionado, hay un corto circuto peligroso en la instalacion electrica, el elevador no sube al primer piso, dentro del edificio hay un basurero, y cuando te quejas y no pueden resolver optan por bloquear tus mensajes (Valeria de RSH). Morimos de calor 5 dias y ni siquiiera ofrecieron una compensacion
