It was close to the Termini station, clean and spacious for a European hotel. It was quieter than i expected at night. Plenty of places close by to eat.

From the front this is a tiny hole in the wall but the staff was very nice and so was the room. You could see the train station from the street outside and there was an amazing cafe on the corner. I was happy.

Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable with many pillows. There was a heat pump for heat and a/c and there was an armoire for clothes. The bathroom had toilet, bidet, sink and good sized shower. Blackout window coverings were perfect. SMALL elevator but wide stairs available. Included breakfast had pastries, toast, fruit, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, juices, coffee machine for many different hot drinks… Delicious and perfect!! Best part of the stay was the two front desk gentlemen; they were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable! Hotel is really only steps from the main train station, Rimini. Perfect location.

This hotel was located on the perfect spot for our trip, extremely close to the train station, taxi cabs located just down the street, an amazing cafe on the corner about 4 doors down from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants steps away with amazing food. Was able to easily walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The room itself was a little smaller than a typical American hotel room, but there was still plenty of space to move about. They do provide an hair dryer in the bathroom, but I would recommend bringing your own as it worked ok. Everything was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a patio that we could open the doors to and kept them open during the evenings as well. It can be a little noisy outside late in the evening, so if you’re a light sleeper you’d want to keep the patio doors closed. There is a very small elevator you could use to go to the floor your room is on. My husband and I fit fine in it with our two bags, but if you’re a larger person or a large group with lots of luggage you’ll have to make multiple trips using the elevator. The staff is very friendly and gave good recommendations. We were also able to leave our bags at the hotels office when we checked out so we could explore some more before our train later in the afternoon. There was no charge for baggage storage. We would definitely stay here again whenever we return to Rome.

Room was not clean and the floor was dirty. Front desk would not give us one extra towel!!! Noisy inside and outside. Only thing going was it was close to train station, but I think there’s enough hotels around there to find a nicer one.

The staff were good but sadly there were many things that made the stay unpleasant 1. The AC wasnt working and Rome in August is a heat show so we struggled every night trying to sleep 2. There were ants ants and bugs on the floor 3. There were clothes in the room when we checked in, most probably from the people before us but it indicates no proper cleaning happened 4. The bed and pillows are so harsh on the body, after spending an entire day going around you want to recharge for the day after, i felt more sore and tired sleeping on the bed & pillow.

Highly recommended for budget-conscious travelers

Excellent value for money and you can’t beat the location! One block from Roma Termini, and walking distance to Rome’s greatest hits for sightseeing. Front desk staff were very helpful and nice!

We stayed here for 2 nights (June 4-5, 2025). Below are pros and cons: Pros: Location, location, location. Very close to the Roma termini. About 5 min walk, Cross the street and you are there. Quite a few restaurants near by to get a quick bite to eat or coffee. I have seen where other people complained of noise. We did not have any issues. We were on the 4th floor and did not hear anything. Room was good, room cleaning was done everyday without any issues. Both nights, we came back late (around 10 pm or later) and did not have any problem. Streets are busy. This hotel is on a side street just few feet away from the main street. We arrived early around 9 am and were able to store our luggage there and use the bathroom by the lobby to freshen up and change and head out. Check-in was 2 pm. We did not eat breakfast here. So not sure on the quality Cons: Elevator is really small. So 1 person and a couple of suitcases at a time. But a lot of hotels have that problem. Its not a deal breaker! Bathroom is really small. Specially the shower. You can fit in and then the shower head is right above your head! But again, for all the benefits, I would ignore this small in convenience! Also, looks like this hotel and the parrot hotel next door have common owners. As our checkout was early in the morning and we checked out at the parrot hotel. They are almost connected to each other!
