When we arrived in the middle of the night the room was completely unacceptable for a Hilton Doubletree hotel. There was no hot water in the shower, the floor tiles were cracked by the shower and shifting underweight, there was mold by the door jams and frankly the hotel room was truly shameful for this hotel chain. Very unimpressed.

Stood in line, behind 6 other guests, for more than 20 minutes waiting to be seated at the restaurant from the breakfast buffet while Gloria, the head waitress, was at a table with four or five vendors. Half of the tables were empty. I approached Gloria to request seating and she brushed me off, insisting on continuing her conversation. We left without breakfast. I spoke with a woman at the front desk who could only say that she was sorry. I phoned the General Manager, Kayla Peterson, only to get her voicemail. I left a message about my experience, asking her to get back to me. She never replied. Very poorly run hotel. Avoid!

We have stayed here multiple times, but this is this final straw. Questionable dried liquids on the bed frame, a long pubic hair on the toilet. A toilet thar doesn't flush correctly. A poorly plumbed shower. Yes we reported it. Multiple times. On multiple trips. We keep getting the same section of rooms. The ducks are the only reason we kept giving it chances, but never again. The hotel is dated. The floors are stained. The beds are the worst I have ever stayed on for a hotel. No microwave. The front desk people are always so welcoming though. But ew.
