Room was reasonably well-cleaned, staff were friendly, location was excellent, breakfast and happy hour were fabulous. The only drawback is the insulation between adjoining rooms is non-existent, so you can hear the neighbors talking if their voices are above a whisper.

We loved the balcony overlooking the river! The hot tub was a nice end to a busy day of walking. The b’fast and dinners were so appreciated and delicious! Perfect location on the River Walk and reasonable parking fee.

Everyone was so friendly and nice. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of selections. The happy hour was a nice surprise with 3 complimentary drinks plus appetizers. The staff really seemed happy to work there which made our stay feel extra nice. I would definitely stay here again. Also the location was perfect walking distance to everything downtown Thank you

Excellent staff service. Hotel was very clean. Enjoyed the free cocktails and food. Note: if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room high up above the Riverwalk, or on the opposite side of the Riverwalk because there is a bar below that you will hear noise from when you try to sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised by everything the hotel offered, we didn't expect to get all this for this price. The room, which was actually almost like an apartment, was very clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again next time.
