Nice despite renovation

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Looks like the hotel is going through a renovation, so some areas were a bit dirty/dusty and the common areas were warm. The hot tub was also out of order, which was fine, but having caution tape was a little disconcerting. Location was great for what we needed, but there was some traffic noise. Parking lot is cramped due to construction materials. Staff was nice, and breakfast was hot.
