We were so happy with our choice as there are many options to around to stay. The location was perfect. It was north of the pier so not a real party area like Mission Beach. Weekends are more busy but to be expected. The condo had every thing you could possibly want. It was nice to have underground parking as it would be impossible otherwise. The bed was comfortable. Endless tv choices. Great beach accessories. Loved people/dog watching and surfers right from the huge window. We found beautiful starfish clung to the pier pilings at low tide. Beautiful.Will try to go back next year! It's a repeat.

Location doesn’t get any better. You can walk to EVERYTHING and you are right on the beach. Most comfortable primary bed we have ever slept in at a rental and the pullout couches are huge and so so great for kids! Communication with host was outstanding. Only area for improvement is a warmer community hot tub. Overall - outstanding experience.

We stayed for 5 nights in April 2026. The location of this condo is 100/10! You are right on the boardwalk above the beach. Stairs down to the sand are super close so you don't even have to carry your beach gear very far. As popular as the boardwalk is during the day, it was really quiet at night. The property included onsite parking which was much appreciated, granted it's not overly large. Don't plan on parking a big SUV, but a midsize fit just barely. There is no AC so it was a little stuffy inside at first until we got the fans on and large window open. Then we enjoyed the sea breezes and ocean sounds. My only criticisms are that the place has been well loved (there is some wear and tear but it's only cosmetic) and we were unable to use the tub for a bath for my kid as the flipper switch was broken and we could not find a manual plug. He just had to have a shower instead. Pacific Beach was a wonderful neighborhood to stay in. There are so many restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream places nearby you could have literally any type of food within walking distance. If we come back to San Diego we would not hesitate to book here again.

Beach Front Beauty

Easy check-in and the communication with the host was great. The view out from the living room windows was breathtaking with beautiful views of the ocean waves and nightly sunsets. The place was conveniently located in walking distance to stores and restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen for preparing your own meals. Onsite assigned parking was a big bonus. Highly recommend.

Location!

Overlooking Pacific Beach, the location of Tom's condo couldn't be in a better location for sun and surf in San Diego! The unit is modest, but perfect for 2 and well stocked with all the basics some rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, but, hey, it's a beachfront property with a great view and ocean breezes. It's appropriately priced.

Perfect stay in SD

We stayed 11 nights at Tom’s apartment and have already booked another stay for next year. It was comfortable, well stocked, well located in the city, and the view from the living room window and proximity to the beach is unreal! You can open the window, sit on the couch and feel the ocean breeze. Highly recommend
