Reasonable price and excellent quality in the SFO area. Parking is a bit crowded, but there's still enough space. Breakfast is sufficient. There is a McDonald's and a gas station nearby. It seems a perfect budget hotel before starting the actual destination.

Avg to good property for 1-3 days stay. Didnt like the bathroom though; although our room was very big. No charge for room cleaning service. They have a buffet breakfast which is same everyday - coffee, bread, waffle, juice, fruits like apple/banana, cup cakes/croissant/donuts and cereals. Less water pressure on 8th floor so avoid top floor rooms. They charge $9 per day parking which is ok as compared to parking rates nearby. Deposit of $100 incidental charge mandatory. I think thats all what everyone wants to know before booking.

BED BUGS- DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We reserved 6 rooms for a work trip at this hotel and my colleague who was in room #410 was repeatedly bit by bed bugs which she then found and killed in her hotel bed. The hotel took no responsibility for it and simply changed her room which means the bed bugs are still there and possibly being transferred to other rooms. She has spent hours attempting to sanitize her belongings and will need to see a doctor for the bites. Run from this hotel!

We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and charged it to our room. At about 9:30pm, just as were we falling asleep, we got a call from the waiter asking us to come down and pay the dinner bill on our credit card. We explained that we put it on the room and were going to bed. He then said there was a problem with the payment between the restaurant and the hotel, and he offered to come up to our room so we could pay. Again we said no. The next morning we double checked with the front desk and the dinner charge there on our bill. Seems like the waiter was trying to scam us. Also the room was really small and there was only one nightstand for a queen sized bed. And the bathroom didn’t seem very clean, since there were a lot of mold stains.

The breakfasts were pretty good with a lot of options, including hot meat, eggs, oatmeal. The lobby looks nice. The room we had on the 6th floor really needed updates. A lot of the hotel has a musty smell, as did our room. The bathroom appeared clean, but we were out of shower gel and it wasn't replaced. The double beds (for 4 of us) were small, no option for queens. The side we were on faced the highway and we could hear people walking in the hallway later at night, so it can be noisy at times. We had to call to request a menu as the menus online are not accurate. The information given to us said there was a grab and go breakfast option before 6, but the person working the front desk said they didn't have that option. They also initially wrote the wrong room number on our key envelope, so we were trying to get into someone else's room for a bit. It seemed pretty disorganized, honestly. Information put out about the hotel should represent it's current offerings and be easy to find. We should have the necessities (shower gel, bath towels) stocked so we aren't making additional requests/trips to the front desk. This is a fairly basic hotel and will get the job done, but it didn't meet my expectations.

A worthy port in a storm…solid breakfast!

Given a delayed flight, we were arriving after midnight… We were glad to warmly welcomed (at 1am!) ~ a few oddities that we found odd (room 318) • bathroom door lock from inside jams/interior mechanism loose? Nearly locked myself in! • water in shower and sink runs extremely, scalding hot. The serviceable temp range was very tricky to find • Shower wall body wash dispenser empty/broken…shampoo dispenser was nearly empty. • The outlets located on lamp bases are inactive. Found that out the hard way when we woke up to still-dead phone and tablet • Mattresses were fairly hard, but we weren’t picky at that point… • The complimentary breakfast was a welcome, solid start to our day after that late arrival • the free airport shuttle was depicted as running between early morning thru 11p. We went to check out at 10:25 need to realize that they final shuttle until late afternoon. Was leaving in five minutes so that resulted in another expensive Uber trip, this time to SFO 👎
