Tämä kaunis koti on vain muutaman minuutin päässä historiallisesta River Streetistä. Tässä 2-kerroksisessa kaupunkitalossa on 2 makuuhuonetta ja 2. 5 kylpyhuonetta, johon mahtuu 6 Lucky-vierasta.

Olohuone, joka avautuu ruokasaliin, on vasemmalle, kun syötät aulaan. Ruokailuhuoneen ovi johtaa yksityiseen kannelle, joka on täydellinen hiljainen paikka nauttia kupin kahvia, kun aloitat päiväsi. Sisällä aivan ruokailuhuoneen ulkopuolella on keittiö, jossa on paljon ruohoa ja kaikki mitä tarvitset illan nauttimiseen. Kotien puoli kylpy on siististi portaikon alapuolella.

Portaiden yläosassa on pesutupa ja kylpyhuone, jossa on kylpyamme ja suihku. Kahden ensimmäisen makuuhuoneen ensimmäisessä huoneessa on king-size-vuode, jossa on punainen pääty. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi sisäänrakennettua vaatekaappia, jotka tarjoavat runsaasti tilaa purkaa omaisuutesi, ja kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku jalustan pesuallas.

Range Lights in Kitchen were burned out. No kitchen table or island in the kitchen although room for one. Cooking utensils provided were good. Biggest complaints: Storage for clothes in bedrooms was extremely inadequate. Had to live out of suitcases for an entire week. Secondly, for price, cable should be included for full access to TV versus cheap Fire TVs with limited options.

Perfect place!

We loved the house and all of the amenities. Tranquil and beautiful! It was perfect for a stroll down to River Street and parking was ample. I prefer just dealing with VRBO, instead of a third party, but the house had no issues and we were fine.

Check in was simple. Parking for 2 cars on the street was never a problem. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had the usual appliances and dishes. The living room sat 4 comfortably.

Epic road trip!

We began our trip on June1, 2025 with a number of stops including Niagara Falls and our last stop on June 17th in Savannah. The Teagan house was very comfortable and close to everything Savannah has to offer. It was wonderful to come “home” after a day of sightseeing and relax before heading out for dinner. The home is well stocked with everything needed for a family or, in our case, two couples who have been lifelong friends.

Great place, but a little miss leading

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this location. We loved the location and room sizes. Very nice home. However, the kitchen and dining room areas have no curtains or blinds. This allows those around to look right in on you. My wife felt a little unsafe if I left for a while. Plus, the fireplaces are not workingas viewed. Just a bunch of candles in them.

Historic Home

My husband and I stayed at this house for 5 days. We had another couple join us for 2 nights. We enjoyed the historical nature of this home. The amenities (or lack of) were the reason that we knocked it down to 3 stars. There towels on our bed in our bedroom, as well as in the other bedroom for our friends. They included 2 bath towels, one hand towel and one washcloth. Were my husband and I supposed to share a washcloth and hand towel for 5 days? There was no extra trash can liners, and we filled up the kitchen can in the first 3 days. There was only 1 kitchen towel, which was dirty and wet after 2 days. There also was no facial tissues so our friend, who was recovering from a cold, had to use the very thin toilet paper to blow her nose. We ran out of toilet papers and had to go buy more. We did call and more towels were brought that same day, so that was good but shouldn’t have been necessary. This made the overall stay feel not as special as it could have been.

Birthday Trip Culinary Experience

Very clean. Nicely decorated. Overall it was nice. Kindly let me check out an hour late. Thank you. Had trouble accessing property. The code didn’t work. Also we weren’t given the code for the alarm system. Had to call for these. Maybe the street parking spaces in front of the house can be marked on the ground. The last two nights two cars parked in such a way as to not leave room for a third car. Or advertise that you have to pay for parking. It was chilly and we needed a few more blankets. Needed additional wash cloths had to buy detergent and do laundry. Toilet paper holder in back bedroom was broken. We didn’t break. Pillow on couch had thread coming out. We didn’t tear. A salamander crawled up on the couch maybe from the gap under the front door. We trapped it under a glass dome because we didn’t want to kill it.

Very clean and comfortable!

My family of 4 and our little dog stayed in this home and had a great time! The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we might need. The beds were comfortable and we felt safe. We had no issues in finding a place to park. You just have to pay attention to the signs about when and where the street sweepers come along. It wasn’t a big deal. Both bedrooms are up a tall staircase. It was fine for us, but if stairs are a problem, be mindful of this. For us, we enjoyed the house. It’s walking distance to anything in the historic district, but it’s a little further for some things. We drove and parked if going to the opposite side of the district, but you wouldn’t have to if you’re younger and more energetic. I would recommend this home and would love to stay here again!

Girls reunion

We had a girls reunion, we made Savanna our half way point to meet. This beautiful renovated downtown home was just perfect for us four to get all caught up after 34 years and explore the beautiful river front of Savanna. Thank you it was perfect.

This was a very well kept, well stocked, elegantly decorated, cozy home. Very lovely. My only complaint is that the beds were a bit too firm for me. Otherwise, great stay.

Perfect

My partner and I invited a former colleague and his wife to join us for for a weekend in Savannah. This home was perfect for two couples and perfect to take advantage of all the site seeing, food and beverages that the historic district offers. Very comfortable, quiet and well appointed. We look forward to returning.
