The staff was extremely friendly, the room was nice but the carpet was sticky and had weird stains, I didn’t take my shoes off at all because it felt pretty nasty. It also had an unpleasant odor in the room. Overall the room was nice but those issues need addressing asap.

Check in staff was friendly. But the none smoke room has strong smoke smell and there is no other room to exchange. Went to have breakfast 1 hour before closing time, but only bread is left there.

Hotel is starting to feel worn. The breakfast is nowhere as good as it used to be. The coffee in the morning is overly strong and bitter with grounds floating in the cup.

I like the staff, they are always willing to help/solve my problem. The hotel is always clean!! Great job by cleaning staff. The negatives are small by comparison and are as follows: The breakfast is limited. They have not had hand soap. If you want hand soap bring your own. I stay her often and will return!

I liked how accessible the hotel was from the interstate/town. The staff was always present and helpful. The only part I didn’t like is I had to keep getting my key card fixed. The magnetic strip wasn’t hold ing our information, so every time I entered hotel one of us would have to run back down and fix the key before we were able to enter our room. After the first time it happened, the associate told me not to keep it around any car keys or cell phones and I made it a point to do that and it’s still messed up every time. Luckily they were there present and helpful to fix it it just was kind of a nuisance.

What a difference a year makes! We stayed at the property last year and were very pleased. New owners are not keeping up the property to Wyndham standards. Which will result in us not staying there again and ultimately the failure of this property. Thank goodness for John at the front desk, he did everything he could with what he had to work with. The basic expectation of hot water and not having same was ridiculous and a rebate or credit should immediately be issued. complaints and deficiencies include, but are not limited to the following. Original room, did not have soap to wash your hands, the bathtub malfunctioned and would not hold water resulting in switching rooms. The replacement room refrigerator when opened spilled water all over the floor. There was no hairdryer and there was no hot water for a bath. The TV was unplugged and the remote control did not work. All in all very disappointing and not expected. The new owners need to get their act together.
