Great location.. the outside fire pit area was gross and dirty non working pits.. staff not paying attention at the bar took 20min to get noticed.. its location to the gondola and other great dining and shops was amazing.. the pool and spa needed a clean as well.. would stay again but hope some improvements are made

Room issues and extremely poor customer service. Parking is $50 per day even if you check out in the morning. After 1 pm they charge $25 per hour. Resort fees on top of that. The only consistently good staff were at the breakfast buffet. The only reason this is getting one extra star is because the room was large, although it was far from what most people would consider a true suite. We had to call multiple times for basic service. Our heater failed three times. We had no toilet paper and no hand soap despite requesting refills more than six times. The indoor pool and hot tub area had an overwhelming chlorine smell that made it hard to breathe. It was not relaxing at all especially after skiing. This was a weekday stay and it was already loud and chaotic with screaming kids. The entire place feels more like a cruise ship than a mountain resort or quality hotel. The walkways were slippery with standing water which felt unsafe. This stay did not match the price or the resort branding.
