When you walk in, you get “hawaii” vibes! Truly amazing.. one thing is that the rooms aren’t as fresh even tho it’s a smoke free hotel.. the room still smells like smoke ?

The room was large and spacious but calling it a “resort” is a stretch. They charge a $50 resort fee for WiFi which did not work, a very small indoor pool and even smaller indoor gym. Hot tub did not work our entire 3 day stay. No other amenities were noted. The shower is nice but no shelf for your own toiletries so you have to put them on the floor. They also charge $35 to park per day. I would not stay here again.

Checked in at 6:00 pm and initially told room was not ready despite hotel advertised check in as early as 4:00 pm. This was to the employee’s credit quickly corrected. I asked for a bill to be emailed to me and it was never done. I have asked for this twice. Do not understand the $60/day resort fee that the front desk added on-there was no coffee or water in lobby like at other Margaritaville resorts, we could not find any fire pits to use the s’more kits. Valet was not present for extended periods of time. Overall don’t see any value in this expensive extra charge. We had just stayed the prior 2 nights at Margaritaville in Medford, Oregon and they by far were a way better hotel in terms of value, amenities offered, and friendly service compared to the Tahoe location

Margaritaville the room was perfect , the refrigerator did not work at all. To park you have to pay $35 each night and they keep your keys which was frustrating when we had to leave the resort. The breakfast is not included you need to pay $35 for each adult and the overall taste is not good at all.
