Checking in and checking out were easy. Parking was secure. The staff was always kind and helpuful. Breakfast was hot and ready each morning and there was enough variety that it was never boring. The hotel was in walking distance to all of the places we wanted to go.

Beds and pillows comfortable but the air conditioner was loud blower sound. We really enjoyed this hotel and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking did cost $19/day. Some unsafe areas around the hotel

Stayed here for Galaxycon STL this year and it was amazing! The hotel was clean, which is a massively important thing for me, and the free breakfast was good! It was also located right next door to the convention center so I felt very safe while maneuvering to and fro while in full costume. 10/10 will stay here again!

Amazing place to stay in St.Louis for conventions! Could practically reach out and touch the convention center, and the Arch and park are right around the corner. Lobby and rooms are gorgeous and the staff are incredibly friendly. They also offer a full breakfast and a drinks card for some free bevs (though working I only got to enjoy it once it was a trip highlight ^^)

We could tell the place had previously been a bit higher end, but regardless it was a good place to stay. The pool area was strange but we were the only ones in it so we were happy! It’s in the same room as they serve breakfast, separated by a half wall, and the whole room is surrounded by guest rooms. Feels like an indoor motel
