I enjoyed the stay. Staff was always pleasant to deal with. The parking was nice and secure. Felt safe due to the big metal door to get in and out. Most of the hotel was very warm inside, so if we vetured out of the room, it was very humid warm air through most of the hotel. Other than that, room seemed clean, but the marble type flooring in the bathroom was very slick getting out of shower.

I didn't like that the doorway was narrow. I was unable to get my walker into the bathroom. Which is indicative of an older building. However the property is well maintained for an older building.

Checking in and parking was easy. It was just a few blocks from the balpark so it was nice to keep our car parked. The Happy hour was a nice bonus. Only issue was the hot tub beside the pool might need some attention, we went down to unwind after baseball game and decided not to get in due to uncleanliness. Overall we had a great visit and would stay again

When we arrived staff were so friendly. We had brought an extra child thinking it might be a problem and they were super supportive. They're common area and pool area.Very family friendly.

The property was clean and inviting. We were immediately welcomed by the friendly staff, and she did a wonderful job explaining the amenities and nearby attractions. We have 2 children that love to swin and we enjoyed the hotel layout and easy access to the pool and dining area from our room. Upon check out we were able to leave our car parked at the hotel while we walked to explore the surrounding attractions. This was a great place to stay, highly recommended!
