Room was too small for two people. I had booked a room for 2 single beds but had a room with 1 twin or double bed. Location was perfect as it was close to a station. Overall, the hotel was good enough!

The room was spotless and laid out in very neat manner The hotel staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel is located in a practical area not far from a train station. We had breakfast during our stay at the hotel, which was a mix of western and Japanese foods. All very good and recommended. A short walk into town offers a variety of local restaurants. We ate at a few of them. The restaurant staff in each case was very helpful on how to order. Enjoy the stay at the hotel. Highly recommended.

The room was good, in that I got a free upgrade from a single room (1 bed) to 2 beds in one room (despite its only for me to use). I was placed on the 5th floor when originally I requested a higher floor, in order to be able to get in/out of the hotel faster. But the downside was, going down the elevator was horrible. I literally waited over 15+ minutes and had to take the elevator up instead of down first in order to get down to the first floor in the morning. This happened around 8:30 to 9 am in the morning. I had a commitment to make and because of this major delay with only 7 of the 8 elevators available in the morning was torture. Luckily I was able to reschedule my meeting in Yokosuka with my friends, but this issue isn't really good at all. If it was for a flight ✈️ out of Hanadan Airport or Narita, I would have possibly be late for my flight or if I was to have a serious business meeting, then this kinda of delay would be inefficient and disappointing to me. It was definitely very frustrating time too. I have stayed at this hotel many times before over the years I have lived in Japan, the issue with the elevators wasn't a problem. But now, it was very disappointing to me. The elevators kept on skipping 5th floor. Also, the cleanliness of the spa area, especially the area where one is to dry there hairs, the ground is quite dirty and whatnot. Please make sure that there'd be someone thereto clean the area every so often, would be greatly appreciated.

The hotel is very cozy, the room is clean, albeit small. The maid changes robes and towels daily. Breakfast is an extra charge of about $20, but it's very convenient, inexpensive, and you don't have to look for somewhere to have breakfast in the morning. The restaurant is open from 6:30 a.m. I highly recommend it.

Clean room, nice amenities, pool was closed for winter. 5 minute walk to Ryokugo Station which is 2 stops to Akihabara station and Yamonote Line, good restaurants by station, convenience stores, coffee shops, sumo stadium.
