Perfect location for a layover in between China and thr US. Hotel was on the same level as our check in. Plenty of shopping and dining options on 4th level and beautiful observation deck for the kids to explore.

Rooms were very small and no hanging area for cloths. Food items at breakfast kept running out. Staff would only refill 1/4 jug of orange juice at a time which kept running out due to the number of people dinning. Very convenient for terminal 3 travel at Haneda

This hotel is fine for a stopover between flights. Great location in terminal 3 very close to check in desks and surprisingly quiet given it is located right on the airport. We didn’t hear noise and slept ok. Room was very basic (to be fair I suspect there are nicer ones if you pay more) and the beds a little hard but we weren’t in them long. Check in was frustrating. It’s all self service but isn’t that efficient as you still need someone to come and help you navigate all the pages. Frankly between travelling you just want an easy in and out so I would prefer checking in at reception rather than a do it yourself job juggling passports and scanning this, that and the other!! Bar and restaurant nice although shut at 10pm which seemed a bit early. In summary it’s a convenient stay.
