The front desk staff could use a lesson in being a bit more hospitable and friendly. The room could have used a dusting and vacuuming as everything surface was caked in a layer of dust and fingerprints. The pool washroom was very dirty with white residue all over the floor and surfaces and the wall paper towel receptacle had holes in it. For the price I paid for the 2 nights, I was expecting a cleaner and more friendly staff.

The studio one bedroom unit was clean but the design was not great. Lots of regular plugs but only charging on island. Kitchen had no cleaning sponge or kettle. Suite could sleep up to four but lack of storage drawers only two and small coat closet. King size bed had very soft mattress with little support. Bathroom decent but set up for people under 5 feet tall. Toilet really low. Towel rack mounted in shower entrance so risk of hitting shoulder or head. Shower pan steeply angled necessitating rubber mat use. No makeup mirror. Shower doors leak shower head clogged up. Shower head and bathroom faucet appear to be plastic. Water pressure not great. Good location but no safety deposit box in suite. No bed side reading lights. Table lamps on nightstand bolted to table. On/off switch for lamps not reachable from bed. Over all suite does not make best use of storage space. Expected more from price paid. Definitely need mattresses replaced and comforter that actually fits king size bed.
