The rooms are in terrible shape. The bedding was rough and thread-bare. The bath towels are tiny. When you are inside the room you can see outside where the door jamb meets the door. They give guests tiny "packets" of shampoo- no conditioner. The walls are so thin we could hear the people in neighboring rooms. For $339 a night the owners should be ashamed

We found a big cockroach in the bathroom. Had to request a new room card everyday, it would not work after 1 use. The staff was friendly and the room was a good size, just not very clean. Office was not able to provide additional towels only a cleaning person and they were only there one time at 10am.

Stayed one night on a football weekend which means room prices are outrageous. The room itself inside is nice and clean. The exterior of the hotel could definitely use some work. The very sweet desk clerk Trupti Patel allowed us to check in early (before the game) which totally made the stay worthwhile.

Stay away

Never checked in. I was left waiting in the lobby for over 15 minutes while 1 employee walked in and out of the building and the other handled a line of complaints including requests for refunds. A posted sign also states TV and internet were out. I lost my nonrefundable payment. Lesson learned.
