The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring granite counters, a Wolf dual-fuel range, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf microwave, and a Bosch dishwasher.

Step into the spacious living room adorned with walnut hardwood flooring and designer furnishings. The centerpiece is a limestone-surrounded gas fireplace, accompanied by a 55" flat-screen TV. The living area offers comfortable seating, including American Leather sleep sofas known for their exceptional comfort. These sofas are industry-rated for the highest comfort level, boasting a memory foam mattress and no metal frame.

The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with a double sink, a stone top vanity, a fully tiled walk-in shower with a glass Euro door, and a luxurious Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom features two twin beds, which can be converted into a king bed upon request.
